No cleaner than before it went in
Once inside the cleaning booth it was apparent that the various different chemical sprayers were apart from two all below the line required to come out of the sprayers (or the sprayers were blocked) and therefore the car isn't as clean as I wanted (and I keep my car generally clean). Felt cheated and without a voucher to go back again - I would not use IMO again

Paid for an XTR car wash
Paid for an XTR car wash, pre-wash was fine…. However! Having been through IMO several times I know what the XTR wax looks like, and I don’t believe I got it on this occasion, it was just water and not the usual foam type liquid. Also there was no triple foam, just water coming out the tubes. Bit of a rip off really.

Mixed impression
Two vacuums did not have a lot of suction power, so I needed to switch to the 3rd one. The cleaning device for the floor mats is awful to use, does not clean very well and was dirty at the drop out spot so the mats drop into dirt after being cleaned. It were only rolls and you had to use water on the tap nearby.
The service person was great though and very helpful. The car wash was also great.

IMO Car Wash is very convenient and the service is quick. However, the initial pressure washing feels a little rushed. The person using the pressure washer should take a bit more time and be more thorough, especially around the sides of the car.
I also noticed some water or limescale marks left on the sides after the wash, which is a little disappointing. Apart from that, the service is practical and efficient.
