while the car comes out cleaner than it went in, the rinsing water is never dried up properly so whilst driving home any tiny specs of road dirt attach to the water droplets and the car becomes dirty... See more

I pre-purchased in the app, only to wait in line for it not to show the QR code. Very frustrating as I had to wait on the side - no staff helped. Disappointing. I'd give it 0 stars if it had the option.

I go to the IMO in Rainham once a month…
I go to the IMO in Rainham once a month and the service there is outstanding. They all work like a well oil engine and the finish is amazing. I have the car wash and also get the valet every so often and the smell of my car after and the gleam is so great it makes me smile. The guys and girls there are top quality

Great guys and a good cleaning service. Recycled water always ends up leaving spotting on the car, even after the top ceramic wash. Now I am afraid, after one night of rain, needs washing again. Ceramic should protect for longer surely.

The brush on the sides fold my mirrors…
The brush on the sides fold my mirrors backwards, i only get part hand wash and the eco one in front of me gets a full brush over. The TFR has a tiny splash on a small amount of my windscreen and mirrors. I have to finish the rest off when I get home

Need better drying
