Paid for more than usual and got less than ever, sunroof not cleaned and filthy, bodywork, trims, grills all still really filthy, all round the doors and edges all filthy. I’ve used before and never had such a bad clean as this. All glass dirty.

Took both my wife’s car and mine both absolutely filthy with bird muck and tree sap on them and ismail did a brilliant job pre cleaning both before going through the main wash

We turned up for a wash and valet with no appointment. The staff were so efficient, polite, skilled and kind. The attention to detail was impressive. Our car looked brand new afterwards! I could not recommend more highly! Excellent!!!

How can I have a good experience when I bought the car wash and went to the wash after 9 o’clock in the morning when it stated that it was open but it was closed.
The car wash is the Mansfield one.

Easy sign up and good app. Customer Service on site not great
I liked the ease of sign-up and the app. As my first wash, I purchase the top wash with ceramic coating .
Customer service at the site not great and that is what I feared. I take it on trust I got everything in the wash I selected in the app. Interaction / explanation was minimal even though I said this is the first time I’d used an IMO car wash.

Always a great service at IMO. Staff are friendly and helpful, the process is quick and easy and the car comes out looking really well every time. Never had any issues and would definitely recommend
