Wheels cleaning very poor

Vey little effort is made to get the dirt off the wheels and wheel arches by the attendants using the pressure washer irrespective of the type of wash purchased. This has always been an issue and there’s no sign this will ever improve.

Not good ☹️

My car had bird poo on it which was still there after the car wash ☹️It also left my windows and paintwork really smeary. Not good.
