The extra cleaning was done but a bit effort time would have cleaned just a bit better. Perhaps I will go back to all automatic car wash and do the extra cleaning myself.

There was not too much of a queue which is a bonus, the car had a good wash and ended up nice and shiny with absolutely no effort from me! Very good!

The guy assisting was lovely and helpful. Sorry for spraying you in the eye with my screen wash jet when trying to work out how to turn them auto off. Car is lovely and sparkly clean now.

Poor communication
I’d paid for a RainGuard car wash, but as I was going through the car wash, I saw the ‘your wash’ flash ‘Diamond Wax’
After the car wash I compained to the manager and he gave me the £4 difference, but what he didn’t understand was that I had paid £10 for a service I didn’t want.

Great car wash
Great car wash. My car was completely dirty and it came out of the machine clean. I added manual wheels intensiv clean for 5eu which was great (no need on regular basis though, IMO).
Nice Staff.
Would give more than only one coin to use the afterwash vacuum.

Got what is considered the best wash…
Got what is considered the best wash and it continues to have marks on the outside of the car coming out of the car wash. For that price I wouldn’t expect any dirt to be left.

It could have dryed the car better in my opinion as I had water marks all over the paintwork. Maybe get a bigger and stronger blower and someone at the end to dry anything it didn’t get
