IMO Car Wash Reviews 

There is always something not working in this car wash. I cant completely dry the car. Totally useless

I attended the IMO car wash on Newport Road in Cardiff today after an incident with a bird relieving themselves on the roof of my car. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with orders from a man, not one bit of politeness. I advised I just wanted the basic option to clean the birds mess off the roof of my car, this advertised at £6. The man began to argue and almost telling me the only one I can have is the £8.50 (I think, but definitely over £8). This was disgusting and borderline criminal. The man was rude and argumentative,  I stated several times I just wanted to clean the mess off the roof, why advertise £6 basic if you almost refuse to provide it?

The man then said £6 but im not putting any soap in it, again with attitude. Terrible service but you cant even call it a service. 

After it still had birds mess on the roof.

Wasn’t clean enough like my first time.

Over time, it leaves minor scratches on the car.

Car wash failed less than a quarter of the way through, so stuck in it for a about 20 minutes. Had to drive through it in the end. No refund offered or given

I have used IMO on previous occasions and been happy with the result considering it is far less detailed than washing by hand.
On this occasion, I chose the most expensive option. I was disappointed with the overall outcome it didn't appear that there was anything extra or it didn't feel that way at least. There were water marks still on the vehicle and still patches of dirt/dust that hadn't been cleaned.

My favorite car wash in Munich. Good choice of programs, you can pay with app. Nice staff, it’s always clean there. Worth waiting a while in a queue.

Normally get a really good wash here, but this time there was less care and attention than normal. No pre-wash of the windscreen or lights, and plenty of marks and traffic grime remaining after I'd been through the carwash.

The guys were very professional and left the car immaculate. Excellent job and commitment

Avoid this place

Probably one of the rudest men I've met constantly shouting at me. People like this shouldn't be allowed to serve customers.

The car was still very dirty afterwards what a waste of money and time.

Car barely looked any cleaner than before washing. Wheels remained very dirty, areas of the car completely missed and anything other than dust still remained post-wash. Cheap, but poor car wash.

Service - The drying part didn't seem to work and my car was left really wet.

I'm happy with everything—it's all great.

Car washes have one purpose. To clean your car.
However to have your car come out gleaming is what makes IMO different.
Always impressed with clean my car is and how the paintwork gleams

Great service as usual, I went to your pips hill branch yesterday at 3.30 …..the lad on the wash was very helpful & friendly 👍
