Top very cheap und clean

Banged car with jet wash and has left a big scratch across my 25 plate car
Pressure washed that close they've pushed a reversing sensor into the bumper which is now causing issue with reverse.

This was the first time I had used the car wash and once I had got past the registration procedure and chosen the type of wash I required, everything went well and it was a new experience for me - the staff were friendly and helpful and the car looked nice and clean

No foam came out of tubes, rollers where stinking dirty so was the water, was first thing in the morning so should have been spotless, got home and there is splatter marks in the paintwork of my car and I can't remove them from the rinse spray before the heat blower.

Fast quick and efficient. Don’t usually have to wait long for car wash. Friendly face always smiling. Good choice of options for car wash. App easy to use and quick, like the offers that come through as well

Good price great service all good

The wash was very good and no queue times but the man operating the machine was really rude. I hadn’t used the service before so was unsure on when to break/handbrake etc. He was very abrupt when I got this wrong. There was no need - it was a simple mistake and no one was waiting.

Poor per clean that resulted in multiple bird droppings still on the bonnet after the full clean.

The app is quick and easy to use and the staff at Minworth were polite, helpful and friendly

My car was spotless afterwards

Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with my visit to this car wash. Even though I selected the “Ultra HD” program, including the rinsing option, my car still had white spots in many areas afterwards, most likely from limescale or water residue. I had to spend quite a lot of time removing these marks manually with a cloth afterwards.

I was also disappointed that the vacuum cleaners require coins. At other IMO car washes, this is not necessary, and having to worry about coins created unnecessary time pressure. I felt stressed trying to vacuum the car quickly within the limited time available.

During the washing process, there was also a strong unpleasant smell, similar to sewage, which negatively affected the overall experience.

Great carwash, friendly staff, would use again.

The man who sprayed my car prior to it going in the wash was brilliant. He was also extremely helpful

My wheels never seem to be clean properly
