IMO Car Wash Reviews 

I took out a subscription on the triple foam option on 17/7/26, I went to the Enfield site on 18/7/26 only to be told the they are only offering the eco wash which isn't covered by my subscription so I could pay for it or return the next day when triple foam should be fixed. As I'd already paid for the subscription I chose to return on 19/7/26, only to be told the same thing. Please can you advise when the machine will be fixed so I can stop wasting my time and start using my subscription.

App great, guys at car wash to take a little more care with the pre rinse, vehicle still had areas not cleaned a little disappointing this time, usually very good

Nice and quick through the app. Offer on the banners did not activate on the app so I purchased a ceramic expecting to have included a free wash but this didn’t happen. I also had bird muck left on the bonnet and some other marks. On a cheaper wash I might’ve been more forgiving but I was left a little disappointed- the car hadn’t been filthy so I expected in was going to be super shiny following a ceramic wash. I’ll stick to my usual wash next time. Still overall really nice clean and the fragrance filling my car during the wash was lovely - will definitely return!

I cant thank they guys enough at this car wash in hedgend southampton. I had a wash and valet. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and really got the car back up to an incredible standard. Their customer service is second to none. I will definitely be using the service again in the future thanks so much guys!

I regularly use IMO Scunthorpe. The guys there are really friendly and do a fantastic job. Valet and wash both excellent.

It was quick and the car was washed to perfection

I can't recommend the car wash because there were still some dirty bits on the car
I have used one of these before and was told it would be ok. This is why I thought I would try again. I paid 7.50, and I thought it would make a difference

I got a ceramic xtr wash and was still left with bird droppings on the car and paintwork had water marks left from car wash

They never used the brush like they did on all the other cars and our screens were still dirty when we left.

I was expecting more from a £20+ car wash. Watermarks on paintwork and tyres still look dirty and grey

I am disappointed with the Ceramic XTR wash service. The stains and bird droppings were not completely removed from my vehicle. I specifically instructed the staff to pay attention to these areas during the manual pre-wash, but they were still not cleaned properly. Even after the automatic wash, the stains and bird droppings remained.

Great deal on the ceramic wash and staff helpful as always.

had an alloy wheel clean with my wash and when i came out of the wash i had a look and they were still filthy, did not take any of the break dust off !! so might have as well not bothered to have a wheel clean. very disappointed !!!

Most of the car was clean, but bird mess on the roof not removed

Did not thoroughly clean the car, leaving bird turd on the passenger door and roof, also one of the rotating brushes wasn't working but the employee didn't tell us about this before letting us use the wash, when I'm getting a £21 car wash I expect it to work!
