First time customer

First time customer: downloaded app, purchased car wash but when I turned up 30 minutes later the place had not opened. Was due to open at 9am but at 9.40am there was still nobody there.
When someone did turn up they were nice and apologetic and stated that the machines had been having issues and he'd been trying to get maintenance to come down to fix them. He said it would be at least another 20-30 minute wait before getting started and even then there were no guarantees the machine would even work or clean the cars properly.

I drove to a different car wash and had my car cleaned without delay.

I'll likely be requesting a refund for unused services and cancel my account with IMO.
