IMO Car Wash Reviews 

Paid £13 for a drive through car wash. Thought it was excessive, put the car was very dirty and wanted a proper good clean. Although I went for the top ceramic xtr wash, the car looked no different than a standard drive through car was for around £5. Not sure if I would do that again 🤔 otherwise car was clean and looked spotless.

Helpful and concise

Staff always polite and friendly, car is super clean once through the wash.

I paid for a car wash on the qr code on my way in, after waiting 20 minutes the man hand washing a van came over to tell me and the car in front that the car wash was broken but we could pay him to hand washing our cars and use the one we’d paid for another time once it was fixed. There were no signs telling us that it was broken and it still allowed us to purchase the car wash completely wrong in my eyes waste of time and money

First time using and will be back! The standard of clean was amazing and the staff was lovely.

Good system but the guy who sprays the prewash is very erratic and not consistent, not the same guy every visit
Also the blower at the end of the wash is now up at the top position not fully dispersing the the water off the vehicle

I bought the ceramic xtr thinking it was the best wash but my car was still very wet and there was still mud marks on the car where a cat walked over it

Did not clean all areas of the car

Did not dry well and this left water marks

Great value 2x Ultra HD for £20, however had to go over car with a polishing cloth after wash 🤷🏼‍♂️

Useing IMO Carwash makes life so easy to keep my car looking splendid ,as I am a disabled driver using the car wash gets it done in minutes love the ceramic one keeps my car looking great for such a long time, this time was even better by having a coad from having AA Brought the cos down by £7 so double bounis , ☺️👍

I had a ceramic XTR car wash on my golf. It washed it quite well and has left it shining although it missed a couple of places on the bonnet and on the roof which I have had to do manually.

The car wash was in a poor state of repair. I've given feedback previously on the same issue. I don't think I'll be using IMO car washes again. Worried about potential vehicle damage.

The staff were lovely but the car clean it’s self was a disappointment, the class was streaky and still not cleaned
