IMO Car Wash Reviews 

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. At the end of the car wash, I noticed scratches and marks that appeared to have been caused by the car wash. Although I paid for the most expensive wash package, I did not feel that I received the level of service I expected. Additionally, my car was still not completely clean after the wash. I hope the company improves both the quality of the cleaning and takes better care to avoid damaging customers’ vehicles.

Staff are very busy but never too busy to smile and be friendly to all customers. They do an amazing job I drive 11 miles to get my car washed here I think that says something.

Was supposed jet wash wheels, however missed one and others poorly jetted. First time at this wash so was unsure of process with breaking but rather than explain the attendant shouted through window extremely rude and aggressive - poor service

I find the staff and service first class. The car always looks excellent when we leave.

Easy to pay with the Q.R code

On the App I purchased the Triple Foam but ended up getting a standard eco wash instead and paying more than what I was entitled to :(

Disappointed!

When we arrived, we were told the machine was broken and that our pre-paid code could not be used. We asked if the car could be cleaned manually, but were told no. As I was unable to reach customer service through the app due to technical issues. The manager stated I could come back at 15:00hrs to get the car wash which was 4 hours later, however this was not possible due to living far away and had 2 young kids in the car

We had travelled specifically for this service 25 minutes away and were left disappointed.

Manager at the location stated that he had no phone number for customer services and didn’t work directly for IMO which surprised me as he was wearing IMO Clothing!

He said I needed to request the refund through the app which was not working.
Will not be using again.

The person manning the car wash was friendly and polite. I hadn't been through a car wash before and he explained to me what to do. He did a great job prepping the car and it came out spotless. The online/app pre-payment was super easy, made it a lot less stressful. The entire thing was very convenient.
