Ultra HD chosen, booked on the app, nice and easy. Staff polite and quick.
Only shame is that there is quite a lot of water marks after. So not the perfect finish you’d hope for.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the car wash (the most expensive CTX) was not as good as I expected not polished as I thought it would be and not as dry as it should have been, still wet when I left which left water spots on the windows

Terribke wash car still dirty after wash. Had to go over with a spong and do by hand when i got home. Will never use again. Rainguard what what i bought

Great service and friendly staff

Staff member very confused resulting in a painful and bad experience.

I pre-paid on the website and presented my QR code to him.

It wouldn't scan. I think this was because of the sun glare on my screen.

He then told me the code was not for this car wash. "This is not HD" he kept repeating over and over, referring to the first 2 letters of the post code on my phone screen.

I explained that Brighouse does in fact have an HD post code and that I am 100% at the correct car wash.

Eventually after several minutes of confusion he asked me to read out the long number under the QR code. He typed it into his phone and hey presto that worked!!!

If only he had tried that sooner.

He offered no apology for his mistake and just waved me through.

Probably won't use this IMO again.

They always do a great job here.

I hadn't driven my Tesla through a car wash before and everyone on the staff wer super helpful and patient with me as I had to figure out how to put it into free roll mode. Thank you.

For someone who hasn't used before it was confusing and to be honest don't get any benefit from scanning a barcode. Just use point of sale. Only wanted a simple wash to get some bird poo off before it was on too long only to be lectured that we had selected the wrong one as car was dirty. Thats my choice. Very expensive for 'car wash' imo.

A bit too expensive for what you get compared to the one on the other side pf the street.. Bit result is fine.

I like the service, quick and the car is quite shiny afterwards.
But the app... buying before going to the service station is close to impossible. The different service portions do not have a description before putting them to the basket. Of course there is a section where the service portions are described, but the names do not match those you can buy. Extra services are not available and have to be bought at the station.

Friendly staff but they really don’t do a thorough job pre-cleaning - my car always leaves dirty. Other IMOs do a really thorough pre-wash and it comes out spotless. I’m going to stop using this one as it’s really just a waste of money.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the quality of the wash. I chose the second most expensive wash option, so I expected a much better finish.

When I got home, I realised the front of the car was still filthy. The rest of the car looked quite smeared rather than properly clean, and the windows weren’t clean either. Overall, it genuinely didn’t look like the car had just been through a car wash.

To their credit, I drove back and a member of staff was helpful and finished cleaning the front by hand, which I appreciated. However, even after that, the overall finish was disappointing.

It may have been because it was a hot day and the car was particularly dirty, but ultimately that is exactly what you are paying a car wash to deal with. For one of the more expensive wash options, I expected considerably better.
