Wheels on one side of the car were still dirty ,disappointing

The staff are always helpful and friendly. The service is always great, I always buy the Ultra HD and it leaves my car looking flawless and clean like it’s just out of the showroom. I would recommend a visit to IMO Car Wash if you’re car is needing a wash.

The operator was friendly, the price is reasonable and to fair the machine does a decent clean for the money. We only had a basic wash but it was good.

I asked for the triple foam and I did not see any on my car, I paid £8 and it was a waste of money

Very good wish it had better dryer facilities similar to the Sittingbourne branch maybe Whitstable should sittingbourne franchise over as won’t use them anymore absolutely shocking customer service

Attention to detail isn't how I would expect. There is a pre wash sprayed prior to moving forward for the wash around the wheels and seals which is very fast therefore spwas,naringly covering only parts of the car. The soap pre wash is also very hit and miss in terms of coverage. I also really don't understand why only the back of the car when the internal rotating brushes take care of the back of the car....why not all the car.....is this a gimmick! I took a £9.50 wash which t great there were still marks around the wing mirrors and dirt lines at the top of the windows. The dryer/blowers do not remove the excess water it just spreads the excess water around to the centre of the car then picked up by the rotating cloths on the exit....i also doubt there cleanliness given the volume of cars one after the other.

They just do a great job no complaints from me I also like paying thru the app as you get discount on 4th wash the after 6 you get a free wash

The clean was terrible...it never touched any parts on the lower part of the car. I was appalled by it. I will not be going back again and will not be recommending it to anyone

After I had paid they told me they could not wash my car without signing a disclaimer that it might get damaged. Exact words were there is a 70/80% chance all would be okay. Something to do with the size of my car. This should have been common ages before the pay machine. I paid for the most expensive cycle and could not go through. The guy kindly jetted my car but that was it…. I was told I could not have a refund. Really bad.

This car was a new updated car wash with better air jets to blow off the water and top car wash i got was amazing

Got the ceramic option and ill be very honest it doesnt clean your car that much my windscreen was still dirty and there were still dirt on my car
