Rapid & easy service via app
They are very slick and it's an easy experience when ordering in advance on the app (there are also limited rewards & discounts available). I've been to a couple, and there have been very minor maintenance issues with both (roller not spinning, water jet not working properly) - whether this makes a difference or not, I couldn't tell (I'm not sure I could tell the difference between most of the options, and I've used quite a few of them)

Easy to use and clean car
Bought via the app so they just scanned my phone at the car wash. Car came out lovely. Really easy process throughout and used many times before

Staff are always friendly and…
Staff are always friendly and professional. I have purchased 4 washes through the app over the last year but it is not registering rewards in my app. The staff don’t know why. Any advice would be appreciated.

More Effort On Cleaning The Alloys Needed
The body of the car looked nice and clean however the alloy wheels are never cleaned properly, the person who pressure washes the wheels before you go into the car wash itself, is never very thorough, and it’s all a bit half hearted unfortunately.

Top brushes did not lower
The top brushes did not come down to wash the front grill, bonnet and lower part of the windscreen. Whether it was because we followed a higher vehicle or not, I don’t know.
