It was a pleasure to use all the time. The staff need to ensure better pre-wash of vehicles.

It was fast and straight ahead, but the washing left water or soap stains on the upper part of the side windows an windshield.

Attended the car wash in Stockton. Barely cleaned the car, still has visible dirt all over the vehicle and bird mess on the windows

Just an awful experience. After ordering ultra HD wash for 15.00 GBP when trying to wipe the drops of residue on a vehicle white wax like spots became visible. Wanted to save time and have a quick wash instead had to call up attendants to remove the residue. So instead of quick wash had to spend 25+ minutes there. Also bugs remains on the front bumper remained on the windscreen and the bumper, so utterly pointless visit. Avoid.

No waiting time yesterday. Very thorough pre-wash treatment and carpark ticket produced without asking.

I also liked the special offer on the app for 2 Ultra HD for £19.50

There were plenty of spaces to vacuum the car, no long queues, and the washing was quick.

Just had a mini valet plus with Manchester Road Hyde IMO.
The staff have done an excellent job and my car looks fantastic.
Every inch of my car has been cleaned throughly and it looks like new.
Staff are polite and professional.

This was my first time using the app and I managed to call up the wrong ticket. Operator was patient and found my prepaid ticket for my car wash

The wash never really cleans the car properly and i understand that. But what i dont get, is why is it a different process everytime. The prewash is different everytime no matter what wash i choose and its different even when i choose the same wash on different occassions. Sometimes they will put a plastic bag on the rear wiper, most of the times they dont. And no its not because its busy, even when i was the only car this has happened. There is just no consistency.

Cheery efficient service and a really good clean. My first time opting forbthe ceramic finish - but it won't be the last. Delighted!

Using the app saves so much time & of course you get rewards. Unfortunately the staff didn't guide me on to the conveyor properly and at the dryer I had to drive off as it wasn't engaging with my wheels. But, no dramas and no damage & at the end of the day my car was clean, so just one star off perfect.
