This time round it was a two man team washing and prepping and they do that prep work very well indeed
my can emerges fresh clean and like new

Excellent!!! Been going to this car wash on and off for years with ok service. Company has now changed hands and what a difference! V friendly and great value.. They even loved my wee blue car. It will be my default car wash from now on.

Easy to use system

Normally fabulous, but this time quiet alot of dried on bird poo remained after the wash. I will use again, just one iffy experience.

I know it was busy but the usual pre wash was a bit rushed, then going through the wash itself left my car needing a drive up the motorway to dry it off as the dryer didn't do its job.
Normally it is a good car wash and I will go back as I pre purchased a block in advance

Just the Front was sprayed with Soap in the beginning. No coins for vacuum cleaner handed out.

The only reason I give 4stars was on this occasion they didn’t really cover most of the car with a pre hand wash, but apart from that really good wash all round

The employee carrying out the work was courteous, friendly and very helpful. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Car wash has damaged my car. I emailed their customer services and they said I have to go back to the car wash to complete a form to register the damage.

Nobody else waiting upon arrival, so was very quick.
The Ultra HD wash programme made my old car look like new.
Very impressed with my IMO experience.

Fast and friendly

I booked an eco wash plus which includes hand wash and pre wash but when I went to the carwash, the staff over there just pushed me straight onto the conveyor belt. That was straight up fraud because I didn't receive the service I paid for.

Very efficient service. Staff are polite and friendly. The car does get a good wash every time

Great service

They are very slick and it's an easy experience when ordering in advance on the app (there are also limited rewards & discounts available). I've been to a couple, and there have been very minor maintenance issues with both (roller not spinning, water jet not working properly) - whether this makes a difference or not, I couldn't tell (I'm not sure I could tell the difference between most of the options, and I've used quite a few of them)
