The brushes look worn out
The brushes look worn out. Wash kept stopping. And no microfibre drying bits at end of wash so car came out with drops of water on which dry dirty. Poor wash this time

I went for car wash in Dartford Burnham…
I went for car wash in Dartford Burnham Road i paid for Rain Guard wash and as I just entered the flashlight on the left says what wash you have paid for and was flashing at the lowest level so I slam on my brake and told them that I paid for the second highest level so they said we will give you the coupons after your wash so after the wash I went back to them and the one who told me i will give you voucher disappeared so I had to explain to other what happened but said we do not have voucher. That a rip off

This is a good car wash.
This is a good, quick service. Staff are always pleasant and polite. Love it when they have a money saving offer on.

Convenient location
It’s convenient, especially the location and the ability to book and pay using the app. Staff were friendly and worked through the line of cars efficiently. However, spots of dirt were still left on the windscreen after going through the wash. Also, the alloy wheels were still covered in brake dust, so perhaps more prewash was needed?

The best car wash
The guy who washes your windows and wheels is always polite and helpful. The area is always clean and tidy and the wash is reasonably priced there are prices to suit everyone’s pocket. The car wash is efficient and does a good job

Does not dry at all leaving water marks…
Does not dry at all leaving water marks all over the car. A member of staff should be drying off the cars as the machine is useless

Only washed half the boot of the car. For £11 it nearly came out as dirty as it went in. I have used the car wash a few times now and its very hit and miss what sort of wash you will get
