Screaming Staff Member
Incredibly rude member of staff came up to my window and started screaming at me because I was waiting at the “wait here” sign. I didn’t see him wave me down to the car wash. He was incredibly aggressive and it was really frightening as he looked like he wanted to do something physical- he was that angry.

I paid for a car wash but there was no indication on the app that the car wash was currrently closed (for maintenance). I drove 15mins to find I couldn't get my car cleaned so had to drive straight home again. Not sure when I can find the time to go again
