Polite helpful and efficient

The car wash damaged my front bumper! The attendant didn’t seem to care and just said it must have already been loose and if the car wash had damaged it it wouldve ripped the bumper off! Will not ever use one of these again!

It came out cleaner than it went in but parts of the car were missed, soap remained and there were watermarks everywhere. Seemed expensive for the mediocre result.

I bought my wash program on the app whilst in the queue but when I got to the start of the car wash I was then informed that only the 1st 2 wash programs were available. Would be a great help to customers if you had a sign at the entrance informing customers of that fact long before they get to the carwash itself and wasting time in the queue. Or have it state it on the app when you select your program, it knows what site you've selected for getting the car washed at the time of purchase

I'm not happy with the procedures like pre washing by staff, was not professional, just a little bit foam, then in the tunnel the pipes was not working and the ventilation has not dried proper the car.

The car was cleaner, but a lot of the marks were still there, I’ll be sticking to hand car washes in the future. Also too expense for a mechanical car was, it was literally just an outside wash. Thought I’d give it a try, but I’ll not use then again

I paid £10 for a Storm Wax, the car and wheels were cleaned very well and the staff were friendly and professional. The result was a pretty good polished finish on the paintwork but one of the rotary ‘Octopus’ polish pads systems wasn’t moving and the rear window and rear of the car generally did not get polished properly. Good but not perfect.

Best car wash ever! My car looked as if it was new when I had it valeted. Didn’t take them too long and got a promo code for the next time I want my car done. Excellent service and a great job!

My wheels were not cleaned and had to clean off the remainder of bird dirt off my car after the wash

Paid for what was called the ‘Rain Guard’ wash that said i get these
Hand pre-wash and wheel wash - 8-brush soft wash - Under-car wash and under-car protection - Triple-coloured foamProtective finish to repel rain - road grime, and salt. However Went through the automated car wash with no difference to the car in front who had selected the cheapest option so basically just a con to get more money out of people but not actually providing a better wash, unfriendly staff as well. Would not recommend is no different than a car wash on the side of a petrol station, and definitely wouldn’t go again.

Straight forward, and staff were helpful and the end result was impressive.

Great car wash. Just the alloys could have been better cleaned .

i initially thought they had done well but when i got home i noticed all the water marks on the exterior even though i paid for an express valet and a ceramic xtr. i asked the valet section to vacuum only the front cabin section and the rear boot section as i had boxes in the middle row of passenger seats. they did the front and the footwells of the middle they didnt vacuum the back at all. im really disappointed as i had hoped to use them monthly once my wheelchair accessible vehicle arrives.
