Absolute dogshit. First of all its over priced and overly compeditve, they have a monopoly of the market that they treat like shit by not even bothering to filter out bots. They then cancelled my automatic payment, where i changed nothing then stated i now have to pay for it as well as significant legal fees (all of this without notifying me once) absoluley disgusting, they then now threaten to send debt collecters over their own mistake

Terrible Experience! Everything about this service is misleading. They advertise a €30 package for three months, but in reality, you’re charged €90 because they lock you into the full term with no option to cancel,even if you find the service to be terrible (which it is). On top of that, the platform is rife with scams. Extremely dissatisfied, this was a complete waste of €90.

It has errors and bugs! sometimes I should retry my request to see a page or submit a form.

I remember 3 days ago I saw a Nodejs backend error!

Beware! This company uses dark patterns to lock you into weekly subscriptions! It's subtle, and they operate in a legal grey area, but these dark patterns will lure you into paying for services that renew again and again.

In my case, the bad & honest review came because the support team told me to cancel one product and get a better one. They told me that I should deactivate the first product and that I would get the most of the money back, but they forgot to tell me that I needed to CLAIM it myself.

Not only did they lure me into paying more, but they also kept the money from the first product (around 90 bucks). Oh, and also, we didn't find any fits there, so the products were not even worth it.

So save your money, take it to Kleinanzeigen where we got lots of good people to visit for a tiny fraction of the cost here. Oh, and I will not leave without reminding you that some of the 5-star reviews are fake :) Have a nice day, and avoid this predatory website!

I have booked a shufa on their platform in aug. I paid via PayPal. then I never look at the website anymore and I am not a German speaker. 2 month later I received a PayPal note saying I paid money to them, so I log into the website and realised that they have been charging me for 2 month for another service called mietenplus which I did not authorised, I also did not aware that I have ordered this service for past 3 months. I contact their customer service and they come back to me "defining it is my fault". I explained that I never use the platform so I didn't logged in and their automatic email all went to my spam mailbox that I did not know this is a recurring spending. and after all they start to send me past 3 month invoices (I never received them earlier）I want to know how to protect consumer right in Germany in this case as their customer service is not trying to solve the problem, they kept stating I shall be responsible for it, instead of thinking why I have been request a reinvestigation of 60 euro payment, if I have ever used their service. I just feel very bad about how their customer service come back to you without a solution and instead keep sending you invoice which they did not do it earlier (otherwise I could cancel the service in 1st month or 2nd month until I know the existence of this at the 3rd month)

in anyway, they did not try to understand you, and I take this platform as a scam now. I will ask for help in facebook group tomorrow to seek if I can get any legal assistance and talk to verbraucherzetrale.

I am experiencing an issue with my subscription on ImmobilienScout24. My user number is 25183670. Initially, I intended to cancel my subscription as the original payment did not go through successfully, and I do not wish to continue the membership. To address this, I contacted the billing department via email on October 16, 2024, explaining my request for cancellation. Despite sending a follow-up email, I have not received a response, and the payment request remains active.

At this point, I kindly ask that my subscription be canceled and the payment request withdrawn. I expect a prompt response from ImmobilienScout24's customer service, as this delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I feel compelled to share this experience. I cancelled my subscription with ImmobilienScout24 at the beginning of the contract renewal via letter and multiple emails, but they ignored my cancellation. I kept getting robotic responses that didn’t address my concerns. Months later, I received threatening emails demanding payment for months when I was no longer using their services, despite already canceling and explaining that I was leaving the country.

Eventually, I felt pressured into paying, as I was told to transfer the money "RIGHT NOW" or face further problems. As a non-German speaker, I felt like I had no choice. I felt scared, disrespected, and have lost all trust in them.

I previously used ImmoScout24 in Austria without any issues, so their behaviour in Germany was shocking.
I want the money they wrongly took from me – 3 months’ charges for nothing, which is a significant amount to me – or, at the very least, 2 months back, as I tried to negotiate but wasn’t listened to.

The app and search engine work great, but since everyone pays for the services, you don’t necessary get more offers if you pay.

In addition to the payments, the minimum contract is 3 months which I personally think is greedy and manipulative of the system. And even if you subscribe you have to manually cancel or else they will continue charging without informing you.

Overall my experience was underwhelming, I got maybe 2 viewings, and wasted so much time and money. I had a much better experience with a free application and I got way more viewings.

Would definitely not recommend!

Their premium feature is shady and their customer support very poor. Stay away from their premium features!

When you book the product it says that you need pay 120$ for 6 month.
After 6 months they automatically without any confirmation extent the contract as renewable.
Not worth it, not recommend the service.

Very nice and useful application to find desired home within the finger steps.

My experience with Immoscout24 has been very pleasant.

UPDATE: after I paid the full amount in advance in order to get them to delete my personal data, they have now sent me an email from a lawyer asking that I pay them a sum plus interests and fees.

STAY AWAY - RATHER USE IMMOWELT

Using misleading terminology to trick you into purchasing a subscription that you cannot get out of. They won't let you close your account even if you offer to pay the full amount for the ONE month you will actually, reasonably use the service. They won't delete your PERSONAL DATA if you request so. They will, instead, threaten to involve "debt collection agents".
I have had to pay the full amount for the whole year now just to request for one last time that they delete my own personal data.
The subscription model has been solely created to rip customers off. How often will it happen that you will need to use a real estate platform for an entire year? If that is the case, it wouldn't be a very good platform, would it?
Stay away. Rather use Immowelt.
