I recently had a terrible experience with this translation service. The translation was riddled with inaccuracies, and when I requested revisions, they declined to do a revesion. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and quality control is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services to avoid wasting your time and money.

This is a complete rip off. I ordered a translation of two licenses from English to French and was quoted a one day turnaround. We received the translations for approval and they were to Hungarian. There was a signed affidavit certifying that they were translated to French and reviewed by a professional. I don’t even speak French but I could tell immediately they were not correct. There was also a misspelling in my address which was still in English. To their credit, I submitted a complaint and they provided updated translations to French within a day. However, the birthdate on one was incorrect and the expiration date on the other was in the past, so they clearly had still not reviewed the translations. I submitted another complaint, and this one was not addressed for almost 60 hours. I had to reach out several times over email and chat to finally get a response. No one ever answers the phone. The entire process took 5 days of consistent follow up from me. I could have done better with Google translate and a notary service. I requested a refund for my order because I paid for a certified translation service and it is obvious it was never once looked at by a competent professional. They have completely ignored my request and keep lying to say someone will reach out to me to discuss my issues but never do. I have no faith this translation will meet the necessary legal requirements when traveling, but at this point I’ve run out of time to use a reputable company and lost almost $100 to this scam. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Stay away! I asked for a translation from Czech to English of a standardized birth certificate with an apostille certifying its validity. The certifying part was translated with entirely opposite meaning and the document contained at least eight additional mistakes and mistranslations. A more senior translator was supposed to proof-read the document, however, a week past their deadline, there were still no updates. After 16 days I have requested to cancel my order but no one on the chat can assist with that request, what a frustration.

Make sure you pay attention to dates, names, and locations. Everything was completed within 36 hours from start to finish. I would use this service again.
