A wonderful experience! The turnaround was fast. I submitted my document on a Saturday and had a translated document by the following Monday.
The translation was flawless, although if there were errors, I had a chance to review the document before finalization and notarization.
I will recommend and use ImmiTranslate again no doubt.

They provided a great translation of my vaccination record within one day. Even the handwritten sections were reproduced correctly. We found one small error and pointed it out during the revision process, so the final version needs to be approved by the client. We highly recommend immitranslate and would definitely choose them again.

The translation service was great. I have no problem with their translation work.

But they're NOT a translation service I will rely on again for immigration court translation needs, where deadlines apply.

When I contacted them last week to inquire about the status of my translation job, they told me it would be done in 2 hours. Twenty hours later, it still hadn't been completed and they had not followed up with me.

I contacted them again and they told me my job would be ready by that afternoon. Again, it wasn't, and they never bothered to follow up with me.

I contacted them for a third time, and again, they promised to follow up with the translator. They did, and I finally got my translations a few hours later.

But the translations I received had re-named file names and had descriptions of the source file they had translated. But the entire original document in the source file was in a foreign language and I couldn't tell what it was, so the source file description was useless. They could have just named the original file as the source document, but they didn't.

I contact them -- for the FOURTH time -- and asked them to correct this so that I could actually submit the proper translations with the proper corresponding source document. That was 2 days ago, and they have yet to follow up with me in spite of saying they would do as I had requested.

Immitranslate is a fine translation service IF YOU DON'T HAVE A DEADLINE. But if you do, I have found them to overpromise, underdeliver, and be -- overall -- very unprofessional. I was clearly unhappy and dissatisfied with their services, and they acknowledged their mistakes, but they never made an attempt to make the minimal effort of refunding me the fees I had paid for their services.

I won't be using them again and would only recommend their services if you don't have a deadline to meet.

Quick and accurate

I needed to translate my marriage certificate and had an excellent experience with ImmiTranslate. The request form was easy to fill out — it took me less than 5 minutes — and they completed the translation within just 5–6 hours. The service was extremely fast, professional, and high-quality. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have been harassed non stop by them for almost 3 days already. I had to give my contact information just to get a quote (extremely overpriced since a company I had used previously quoted me half the money) so now Carlos Gonzalez is emailing me because I got quoted but didn't pay to get the translation.

Would not be that much of an issue if it wasn't happening with another damn 3 translating companies.

Very professional

I tried to send my application and my lawyer sent me the mail to correction for file but those guys especially Lilliana wa sooooo rude. They aren’t helping they just care about getting your money don’t appreciate it and not recommending.

Service was fast. Responding to my questions were slow and never answered. They were supposed to translate my apostille to spanish not done. Even though I repeatedly asked, receiving no answer. Have email to prove request.Today I emailed about status, they replied "I will go and ask and get back to you later. Later never came. Documents arrived at 4pm no translation of apostille. Now I have to send that document out to be translated, using a different company. This is a huge hold up for my immigration. Not happy.

I paid $250 for translation, notarization, apostille, and shipping. However, when my document arrived, it was missing the apostille stamp. I then had to wait an additional 5-7 days for it to be resent, with no prior notice that the apostille process would take extra time. This delay caused me to miss my appointment, which had taken weeks to schedule.

Additionally, since the documents were notarized in Baltimore, I couldn’t have them apostilled in my home state. I requested a full refund to redo the process locally, but was only offered a refund for the apostille—making it an expensive and inconvenient mistake.

I would not recommend using ImmiTranslate. It’s better to find a local provider to avoid unnecessary delays and complications.

I am truly impressed with how fast, accurate and client oriented this translation company is. I needed a fast translation to hand to the lawyer and i received it less than half a day and their price is just. I used to work as a translator myself in the past and i know how hard it is if your brain is doing the conversion work. I will recommend this website to anyone who needs a trustworthy translation.

The worst translation service! I had a simple one-page document translation. When placing an order, it was guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours. I have been trying for over 48 hours to get my document with the correct translation! Plus, it was mentioned several times in the notes what to pay attention to when translating. It was ignored. And of course, the translation was incorrect. I asked them to pay attention to my request again. To which I received an email with a rude response from an employee that I had not clearly left instructions and that it was my fault that they could not understand what the problem was. And they don't want to refund money for delays and incorrect transfers. I do not recommend this service to anyone!!!
