Fantastic and efficient service! Messaged to book an appointment. I was given one straight away. Dropped off my phone and collected it within a couple of hours. Amazed at the fast turnaround. Staff were professional and super friendly. Highly recommend and definitely will use in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from imFixed Ltd.

While the pricing initially seemed very competitive, the overall experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I had to constantly chase for updates, with little to no proactive communication from their side. What should have been a straightforward repair process turned into a prolonged and stressful ordeal.

When we did receive machines back, the quality and turnaround were inconsistent, and the overall process remained a headache from start to finish.

Most concerning of all, two of our business laptops have now been lost while in their possession. Despite multiple promises to investigate and resolve the issue, we have received no meaningful updates—and communication has now stopped entirely. This lack of follow-through and accountability strongly suggests a disregard for customer responsibility.

From the WhatsApp communication, it was clear there was a lack of organisation, ownership, and professionalism. Responses were often delayed, vague, or failed to address the actual issues raised. At no point did I feel confident that the situation was being handled properly.

Shame because we had been using their #services for almost a year, but the poor communication and overall experience have been very disappointing.

This is particularly disappointing because we represent a large holiday business and were actively looking for a reliable long-term partner to service our devices. Unfortunately, imFixed Ltd has demonstrated that they are unable to provide even a basic level of service, let alone support a business relationship at scale.

In summary: good pricing means very little when the service delivery is this poor. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

I took my husbands iPad in for repair on Easter weekend and told it would be Tuesday after the bank holiday Monday that it would be ready however the lovely guy at the shop said he would try to get it ready earlier if he could. I received a message to say it was ready on the Easter Monday well before they were due to close giving me the opportunity to collect on that same day. This lovely guy obviously worked extremely hard amongst all his other repairs to get my husbands I pad fixed so early and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use I’m fixed in the future if we need any repairs on our phones, I pads or tablets. Highly recommended. Thank you so much

Fitted new battery to my iPhone 12.

The job was first class, the price was right and i am very pleased with the repair. The guys were very friendly and i would both recommend and use them again.

Don’t take too much notice of the opening time, because they don’t. I am always punctual and when i have to book an appointment, i would prefer it if the shop was actually open at this time. I have a few issues getting around, so this really is a pain.

I had a damaged screen to the point you couldn’t even use it, the touch was gone it also had dints in it as well as the glass shattered, they came to collect my phone on the time they said and had my phone fixed within 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend

Outstanding service, even managed to fix my laptop the same day which was a massive help to me as I need the laptop for work. The price was also very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to take any tech to I’m fixed . And also got a 12 month warranty on the work done. Highly recommended

I must say how impressed I was on my recent first visit.
I managed to get my SIM card stuck inside my iPhone and failed miserably to retrieve it!
CJ, what a lovely man, a pleasure to meet him. He went to great effort sorting this, pleasant, helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

I had a damaged charging port in a battery inspection light and had no idea who could replace it.
In the past I have contacted “I’m Fixed” and most times they have a suggestion. On this occasion they knew of someone who could replace it.
BINGO a few days later it was FIXED

The lad that helped me out to day was really nice and well spoken.
Cleaned my phone out for free.
Lovely attitude and friendly
