AVOID - Not the bargain it seems
I sent my iPad in to have the faulty charging port replaced, and they damaged the screen during the repair and tried to make me pay an extra £210 for a replacement. They called me four times over two weeks saying the screen must have been damaged before I sent it (it wasn't), then switched to it must have been damaged during transit (it was in a protective case and bubble-wrapped inside a sturdy box). Then they tried telling me that screen replacement was a required repair whenever a charging port is replaced. Ridiculous. I had to threaten to sue to get them to return my iPad. So two weeks without my iPad, four unpleasant calls and now it turns out the replacement screen they installed is defective — it has a small white area in the upper left corner that glows white all the time, and it keeps losing contact with my Apple Pencil 2. I will learn to live with these problems or get the screen replaced by someone else, because there’s no way I’m sending my iPad back to these clowns.

Great customer service
Booked in a repair, but realised I could upgrade my handset instead, so no longer needed the repair. Spoke to them on the phone, they quickly organised the cancellation with no fuss. Great job.

Took my iPhone 11 down to imFixed to get the front screen repaired they sorted it fine, after a few days I had a black mark appear at the top of my iPhone so I took it back down to speak to them about it they told me I’d have to come back when the technician was in so I came back 4/5 times in a few weeks and got told the same thing everytime ‘come back when the technician is in’ I’ve currently just been in and spoke to the technician who has told me I need a new screen when I’ve literally just paid for when less than a month ago I haven’t dropped my phone once since the screen was repaired but they were adamant it was my fault and would not fix it for me unless I paid there ‘deal’ of £40 which I had paid less than a month ago. Absolute scam artists I recommend anyone who is thinking of getting there phone fixed there to definitely go somewhere else as they will have your pants down and rip you off

Does't work!!!! Test before you pay!!!
The new screen they fitted isnt working properly. It goes black&white often and flashing. They claim to have fitted a new charging port but the phone takes 2 days constant charging to charge up.

Purchase of a second-hand phone
I have just bought a second-hand phone and they understood exactly what I was asking for, finding me the best deal that did everything I needed. They even found an option under my budget, which I was very impressed with. Comes with 12 months warranty too.

Couldn’t get back until Monday 10.00.
