Bonus Taken Away (Diamond VIP Level)
On June 2, 2026, I received an offer for 1,000,000 Rewards Points with a minimum deposit requirement of $50. It seemed simple enough: make a qualifying deposit and receive the advertised bonus.
I deposited $80 using an eligible payment method and had no issues with the deposit itself. However, the bonus never activated. I contacted live chat support to find out what happened, and the experience quickly became frustrating.
The agent informed me that the bonus had been added to my account by mistake and that the company would not honor it. Instead, they offered me only $50 as compensation. Considering the advertised value of 1,000,000 Rewards Points was approximately $1,000, I found that offer completely unacceptable.
I asked to escalate the matter, but I was told that management refused to speak with me and that the decision was final. When I requested alternative ways to contact someone higher up, I was told that only live chat and email support were available and that there was no longer a customer service phone number.
After ending the chat, I searched through old emails and found a customer service number myself. Ironically, when I called, I was connected to a representative who was far more helpful than the live chat agents. He agreed that the matter should be escalated and also applied the $50 credit while the issue was being reviewed. He told me I would receive a response within 24–48 hours.
After waiting 48 hours without hearing anything, I contacted live chat again. I was then told that the matter did not warrant a response from anyone further up the chain. That was incredibly disappointing and gave me the impression that customer concerns simply do not matter.
For context, I have deposited nearly $60,000 over the last 30 days and am down close to $50,000 year-to-date on this site. Over the years, I have repeatedly expressed concerns about the rewards program, and for a brief moment I thought the company was finally making meaningful improvements. Instead, I feel I was encouraged to deposit based on an offer that was later dismissed as a mistake.
I have accumulated over 11,500,000 lifetime rewards miles on this platform, and in my experience the rewards and treatment only get worse as your loyalty increases. New players often receive attention and promotions, but long-term customers seem to be met with empty promises and suggestions to deposit even more money in hopes of receiving future offers.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this site or any of its sister sites. Long-term loyalty does not appear to be rewarded, and customer service has shown little willingness to take responsibility when promotional offers are mishandled.

So, I reached out to support and they responded with this reasoning…because I have been moved to Diamond Level VIPs my NEW requirement was a deposit of $100 for 10 days…
I was VERY upset because I WAS NEVER INFORMED of this change. NOR IS IT POSTED ANYWHERE ON THEIR ENTIRE WEBSITE.
Go look… it’s literally NO WHERE. I only know because I reached out to chat support. They did nothing to resolve this and sent me on my merry way.
I got over it after some time, and started making the *new* required deposit of $100. Time passes, all is well until TODAY…
