Ignition told me they releases my winnings to my bitcoin but funds never made it I have been trying to contact somebody t o help me every day for two weeks and they never address the issue. They said on their end the funds went through and it was due t I network congestion. Bull crap, I investigated the issue and I did an audit on my bitcoin account where the money should have been sent and it shows that ignition never released the funds. Not only have they repeatedly lie to me about my withdraw of funds they deactivated my account with over $50 in play and so I'm no able to review anything about the withdraw. I'm super upset about this cause usually ignition was my favorite casino site I never had any problems until now. I spent a lot of money through them and can't believe this is happening. I wouldn't discourage anybody from playing in their site because usually they are legit and payout quickly. Maybe a mistake was made which is I understandable stuff happens . I've been playing in ignition for years and even had a decent win a few years ago. The sad news and reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the player loyalty rewards and bonuses have become less and less over the years! I keep waiting for some sort of new bonus features but thus far, nothing.

Ignition Casino Live Blackjack SCAM
I experienced a serious technical issue while playing live blackjack on Ignition Casino that has still not been resolved after more than a month.
During a live blackjack hand, the live dealer camera feed failed and displayed a maintenance/outage message for several minutes. When the feed finally returned, the hand had already ended without me ever seeing what happened. My wager was deducted from my bankroll, but I was never shown the outcome of the hand or paid if I had won.
Even more concerning, the wager still appears as “Active” in my game history over a month later, indicating it was never properly resolved.
I immediately contacted customer support and provided screenshots of the outage and the unresolved wager. Support acknowledged the issue and confirmed it had been escalated to their technical team for investigation. Since then, I have contacted them numerous times by chat and email. Every response has been essentially the same: that the case is still under review. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful updates, an explanation of what happened to the wager, a timeline for resolution, or the return of my funds.
The issue isn’t simply about the money—it’s about accountability. If a live casino experiences a technical failure that interrupts a game, customers deserve a prompt investigation and a clear resolution. Instead, I’ve spent over a month chasing answers while my wager remains unresolved and my funds are unavailable.
I hope this review encourages Ignition Casino to improve the way it handles technical disputes and customer communication. No customer should have to wait this long for a resolution to an issue that the casino itself acknowledged required investigation.
