Easy, fast and clear

14 days cancel policy doesn't work. Couldn't cancel thru web and support didn't help as well

Actually it took very long time to get my compensation and communications were so so bad and not good compensation at the end although the one was handling my case forgot to add something then I needed to email her back to add it so it was really very bad experience and I am thinking to change to new good company can respect customer and support them in case of such this issue .

In 2022 I had to fix a leaking bathroom tap, and there is an option called "självrisk" (self-risk).
My friend told me that the difference should be reimbursed and I found this option in my agreement.
But If specialist called and started speculation (age of the tap, date of
bathroom building, what plumber said etc). Actually to get this reimbursement you should be an owner of the apartment for ~20 years having known everything.
I have got a terrible experience with If... and will find another insurance company that hold their agreements.

I got a full Car package incurrence with if but when one of my car’s Tire 🛞 was damaged with a screw and Hiden Bil said it can’t be fixed we need to buy a new one , if incurrence decided not to help and all the bills were on me yet every month they are sending me faktura to pay 💰 for the incurrence.
I don’t know why they promise things they can’t do!!!!!
If I find a better incurrence company definitely I have to change.

I was driving with my 1 year old when I ran into a pothole and damaged my wheel and needed to be towed. Our car is less than 3 years old, so we have a half insurance and our car manufacturer pays the other half.
So I call my insurance company, they say that this type of damage is covered by the other half and If insurance is the one who is supposed to take care of it. I call if insurance, they refuse and tell me to call my insurance company. I was stranded on the side of the road with a toddler for over an hour with the insurance companies both refusing and telling me to call the other one, until my insurance company agreed to send me a towing track so I can at least leave.
I had to wait for Monday to call konsumenternas who said it was If insurance was who should take care of it and if they would keep refusing, konsumenternas would get involved. After this If insurance finally agreed to take care of the damage.
So if you are fine with taking care of yourself in case of emergency and then getting governmental authorities involved to get some help, go for it, otherwise I strongly suggest to select another insurance company.
