I needed some springs for my car asap as one of the spring collapsed. I chose to get some from ID-Workz. I told them the situation and that I needed them immediately.
I dealt with two very accommodating and professionals who understood the situation and went above and beyond to assist me. Sadiya was incredibly professional and really went out of her way to help me with an issue. Later I dealt with an individual named Usman. Very understanding and once again very professional.
Both were a pleasure to deal with and really gave it a personal touch and are a credit to the company.

Directly after having confirmed availability and 3 day delivery, I ordered and the money was deducted immediately. Towards the end of the next day, I was told that the item was no longer available and had been replaced by another costing more. First reason was incorrect and second reason was wrong, as acknowledged by another email later that day. Refund requested, received a few days later hence 2*. Improvement points - 1) don't take the money until you have the stock, it will save you time and goodwill 2) get your facts straight, sometimes the customer knows more than you.

Absolutely awesome company have used them many times over the last few years and they’ve never let me down and there customer service is really great, thankyou so much.

I have recently purchased my order with ID WORKZ and I am very pleased with the delivery time and service my order came faster than predicted within 2-3 working days I had the package at my door. The order came with a sticker, business card and a car air freshener. I will definitely be dealing with this company again as I very pleased with the customer service, not many companies can compete.

Needed brake pads for my Aston Martin in a hurry. I found some at ID-Workz so I called them to ask if they were actually in stock. The guy I spoke to confirmed they had stock and asked for my name and said he'd give special attention to my order. (TBH I didn't hold out much hope. I needed them by Saturday latest for Monday M.O.T.)
I should not have doubted. They arrived Friday! Also they were £20 cheaper than the EBC main site!!
Lovely people to deal with, so friendly and helpful, kind too. Will definitely deal with these guys again, sooo pleased.

Purchased their 370z oil cooler, when it is clearly just a generic kit. The kit didnt include enough bolts for fitting the bracket (6 out of 8), and then absolutely no equipment for actually mounting it to the car. Had to go out and buy metal plates and drill and cut them to make brackets to fit it to the car. Also needed to use a metal cutter to cut the pipe down as they just provide 1 massive pipe and leave it up to you to cut it down into 2 appropriately sized pipes. And also had to buy bolts for the brackets too. And then on top of that the bolt for fixing the thermostatic plate wasnt right, they provide a male to female connector, when it needs male to male, so had to order a male to male adapter to make it work. The oil cooler works, but you need a lot of skill and additional parts to make it work.

Advertise parts they do not have in stock and have large lead times,

But they edited their website after I called them out on it,

Quite poor, especially when the parts were for a popular model of car!

I have bought a right side caliper from them, tried to install it and the bleed valve was on the wrong side, the caliper had a right side box but inside it was a left side caliper, they told me they cannot give money back as it has been used , after a few arguements they agree for me to send it back and refund my money, I have sent it back and forgot about it, I check my babk account after one month to see if I got the refund and nothing, I still have to get in contact with them to argue that they did not sent my money back, stay away, scam-like company !

Well customer service is not helpful at all and rude .
I got to ask question 5 times and was told he will check and get back to me never happened.
Ordered coilovers express delivery waiting week and got to ring them all time to ask for send it .
Really I'm not moany with things but they are rude and bad .
