I needed legal advice on behalf of my wife visting the UK. She had been refused a visa many times over 10 years. Initially we had a couple of hiccups as I was a different case . Humyra was a life saver and extremely helpful and supportive .

Clueless , chased money more than paying attention to my case . Paid ICS Legal for my kids dependent visas and both were rejected by HO . No apology, they couldn’t even give me any straight answers on what went wrong or needs fixing . Instead they wanted me to pay them more money to get a admin review. I am a single mother on minimum wage working two jobs just to afford their fees . Claimed that they KNEW what they were doing and had experience in similar cases such as mine . When visas were refused and I needed support no one was available. Took a whole 3 months to “ put documents together “ which was basically just a cover letter to HO . Had no clue what to add for additional information request from HO . I supplied all documents and they just wrote a support letter . No refund , no apology, only a defensive call from Humyra. Took zero responsibility for their work . Did the next application myself and my children’s visas were granted . If you’re a single mother from Africa wanting to get your kids , stay VERY far away from ICS Legal . One star is even too much .
