1. Personalized consultation: Nick was polite, amiable, and remembered everything I ever told him even though the meetings were weeks apart.
2. Professionalism. Nick is very knowledgeable. Very. He reviewed my 15 page tenancy agreement in 15 minutes and pointed out a clause that meant I didn’t need a Landlord’s letter. It saved me so much time, money and effort. He also explained why I could use an expired English test. Which I did successfully.
3.Patience: Nick never rushed me during a meeting even when I had used twice the time I paid for. I’m immensely grateful for that.
