Some great after-sales support from Bailey with the Android head unit I bought for my Fiesta. Needed a bit of advice on some of the settings in the head unit. Always quick to respond and will genuinely try to solve any issues.
Now have Apple CarPlay on the touch screen and access to all the other Android apps. Inserting a cheap pay monthly 5GB SIM card into the unit has given me access to much more than I can get on CarPlay.
Very pleased with the product and the service.

From arrival to departure was treat very well. Very experienced staff and polite. Told installation would be around 3hrs and was completed with 30 mins to spare. Great price, would highly recommend.

So this is my second Time of getting a headunit from Iceboxauto,had a problem getting it set up ,but the guys from Iceboxauto Rob and his team helped everyway they could nothing was tomuch for them and in the end got the problem sorted ....all i can say is i will be back if i ever need an headunit alot of other companies can learn from these guys what customer service should be like from start to finish these Guys are there to help

Had a slight snag with locating unit in dash, and called Rob. He was so helpful, even offering a face time call to sort problem. Luckily I managed to get it sorted myself.
It's so good to find a supplier who is going to give such stunning and willing after sales service, as so many promise but do not deliver.
You can buy with absolute confidence and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently purchased a tesla style head unit for my vauxhall insignia of a big retailer online and discovered it was shocking maps didn't keep up nor the speedo on the head unit then I discovered iceboxauto.com and decided to try one more time to upgrade my head unit and wow very impressive I contacted the company prior to my purchase to ask a few question I emailed iceboxauto.com at about 8.30 am and got a response at just after 9 am there very polite and knowledgeable so I decided to purchase from them and all I can say is the unit compared to the first one a purchased was like night and day the task speed is sweet and the sound quality is second to none I like my bass and this has it in spades very impressed with the company and the purchase many thanks iceboxauto.com

An absolute joy to deal with this company. Incredibly helpful in assisting me and choosing the right upgrade for my car. Rob was very patient in responding to all of my questions and he gave me really good, sound advice on self fitting. On top of all this, you get a two year warranty on your unit and for added confidence, they offer after sales support too. By far the best supplier I have dealt with for their fantastic customer service, very highly recommended, 5 stars all round.

The service from these guys is first class, I purchase my second unit from them recently, A 12.3” android screen for my C7 Audi A6. I had a couple of minor issues and Rob bent over backwards to talk me through what I needed to do and got everything working perfectly. Cannot fault the service. If I buy another Audi in the future I will be going straight to these guys for a 3rd unit.

Icebox Autos have changed the appearance of my dashboard in my BMW E65 7 Series, with two great items being the 10.25 Android Headunit and the Digital Speedometer, making my car dash appearance look like a vehicle made in 2025. Loads of features on both units, making this car known as the bad apple, being even more treasured by myself, and now able to provide loads more in car entertainment. Also a GREAT TEAM that communicated with me for nearly three months before i made my purchases and made sure the items were what i required, 100% recommended for your BMW in car upgrades.

Contacted Rob who had previously installed my android system in my GTC. Sent them a photo of my reverse camera output on the screen which was red in colour. Rob immediately sent me free of charge rear view camera to try out. I fitted it and normal service has resumed. No hassle fantastic after sales service above and beyond expectations considering the unit was installed well over a year ago.

I bought a car of a boy in February 2024, it come with an aftermarket stereo fitted by icebox auto, there was a fault i contacted them, stereo under warranty, team was very attentive and helped me in every way I asked. Stereo now fully working again after a new wiring was fitted under the warranty TOP SERVICE, TOP TEAM AND ALL ROUND GREAT COMPANY
Brought an xj with one of there Android head units, which was fitted by the previous owner in may 23. It stopped playing music for me Jan 25. I rang them and they couldn't do enough for me. After a video call they talked me through setting and got it going again. Even though it wasn't me who had it fitted, they still sorted it under the 2 year guarantee. Top marks from me.

Great product, but even better customer service. I did significant research before purchasing from Iceboxauto and am very glad I did so. Being 8 hours behind in a different time zone did not create any issues, as the team at Iceboxauto answered all of my questions quickly and even scheduled a video call to do some final setting adjustments. Great experience overall and would highly recommend this company.

This is an update to my last review for Icebox Auto:
After having a media unit fitted Dec 2024, in January 2025 I had an issue with it not connecting to the Internet.
On the 8th Jan I decided to contact Icebox Auto.
To be fair, we discussed the problem immediately and they asked me to contact them by video phone. I sat in my car, turned the unit on and contacted them through my mobile.
After taking directions from their Engineer, the problem was fixed within 8 mins!!
I was so amazed!! Their knowledge and expertise was second to none! They spoke to me in plain English (no technical jargon).
I am so impressed with Icebox Auto, that if I require a further upgrade of my Amplier, Speakers etc, I will be contacting Robert and his team from Icebox Auto!!
Really, thank you for your help and fantastic aftersales service!!!

The team at IceboxAuto went out of their way to help me refine the look of the UI on my Android headunit. The team where quick to respond to my questions and offered help and advice at each step of the installation process.
If you are considering upgrading the headunit in your vehicle, I'd 100% recommend you contact IceboxAuto.
I ordered a VW POLO 2012-17 9" RADIO NAVI BT ANDROID 13.0 DAB+ CARPLAY 9213 from this company and the service was excellent. However when fitted the mic would not work correctly but Robert was kind enough to help and send a booster mic, which unfortunately did not improve the situation. However my review is not about the product not working as it should. I returned two items not needed and received a quick refund. I then received an email asking me to refund them as they had made a mistake and refunded me twice. I contacted my Credit card company and asked them to investigate this claim to ensure no fraudulent activity from a third party. Whilst waiting for this I received 3 emails, the 3rd email threatening me with legal proceedings and extra costs if I did not refund them. The amount was a staggering £119. Luckily my Credit Card company had responded on Friday, the day of the 3rd email to confirm the transaction was true. I find this quite humourus that they would threaten me with legal proceedings and extra charges for their mistake, however I am sure there are many people out there whom would be extremely anxious and frightened if they received this type of email, especially when you consider that internet fraud is the no 1 crime at present in volume. I will not be using this company again and hopefully they will review there procedures when they make errors.

Ordered an android head unit from icebox, couple of weeks delivery time, but what sets these guys apart is the backup and support you get. I had no idea how to wire it in, but with the email support, video calls etc got it all done. Cannot fault the customer service and I would very much recommend.
