Super impressed with the whole experience of dealing with ICAN for the purchase of a carbon wheelset. Communication was great, shipping was fast, packaging excellent and the wheels are extremely well built and perform flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier as the happy owner of a set of light, strong and durable carbon wheels a price to good to refuse. Have recommended to friends who have had the same experience. They’re becoming the go to in our group.

Excellent Customer Support and Amazing Ride Experience

I have had an excellent experience with my order and communication with ICAN Cycling. Especially Perry has been so helpful and patient throughout my purchase(s) and supportive throughout several complications which was due to either my mistake or the local post office’s fault in handling packaging. Additionally, I am so happy with my riding experience on these wheels! They are light as promised, and decrease the rotating weight immensely, increasing bike handling capability and comfort throughout my ride.
One thing that can be improved though is the tape that comes with the shipment. I personally had difficulty seating them airtight and had to purchase some DTSwiss tape instead. Shipment from warehouse happens fast and if there are no local issues, the wheels arrive within 2 weeks time. They are incredibly well packaged. It was difficult for me to flatten out the thick empty cardboard with my weight for disposal. :D

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat alles super geklappt. Die Laufräder kamen in einwandfreiem Zustand an, und die Lieferzeit entsprach genau der Angabe.
Das Einzige, was ich bemängeln könnte, ist die Homepage von ICAN. Sie wirkt in meinen Augen nicht besonders intuitiv und professionell (mal Preise in Dollar, mal in Euro). Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass sich der ein oder andere potenzielle Kunde dadurch abschrecken lässt und woanders bestellt.
Letztendlich kann ich aber nur Positives berichten: Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und ich bin mit der Ware – vor allem in Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – mehr als zufrieden. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, sind die bestellten Laufräder qualitativ absolut einwandfrei.

Everything went perfectly from ordering to delivery. The wheels arrived in flawless condition, and the delivery time was exactly as stated.
The only thing I could criticize is ICAN’s website – in my opinion, it’s not particularly intuitive or professional (sometimes prices are shown in dollars, sometimes in euros). I can imagine that this might put off some potential customers and make them look elsewhere.
In the end, however, I can only say positive things: everything worked smoothly, and I’m more than satisfied with the product, especially regarding the price-performance ratio. As far as I can tell, the wheels I ordered are of absolutely top-notch quality.

Very happy with my ICAN Aero 40 II Disc with DT240 hubs on my Aethos. Perry of ICAN was very attentive throughout the order process. Shipping for a week was fast considering it was coming from overseas.

Great experience with ICAN. The purchasing process was easy and communication from them very good. Impressed with the quality of the wheels, which appear no different to those of big brands but they come at an affordable price. Study packaging arrived so quickly, I was shocked. I fiited a set of 28mm tyres and they went on without tyre levers. It's my first set of carbon wheels ans all I can say is OMG, why didn't I buy these sooner. Transformed my Colnago from good to great and I can't get the smile off my face. There are now three sets, in the group of approx 50 I ride with, and they all trouble free and performing flawlessly.

I recently bought a gravel frame from ICAN and had a very good experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed about the frame sizes and geometry. The frame came in the window I was given and was packed very well. This is my first time assembling a frame with all internal routing, and ICAN’s short videos on YouTube showed me exactly what I needed to know. I’m looking forward to many miles on my new bike, and I hope to add a set of ICAN wheels to my road bike in the future.

Received my gravel bike frame in mint condition due to the excellent packing materials. Once built and ridden the frame performance is wonderful and looks great too. I have had no warranty issues.

I appreciate the wheels that ICAN makes. Sapim steel spokes, a choice of hubs, and durable rims that don't slow you down. Every time I've had a question for them, they have answered it so the customer service is there from my experience. My first pair of wheels was an Aero 35 disc set that I rode for years on the CX bike. I don't run tubeless, I run latex tubes so I can't say how they hold pressure but I can say that they added a vent hole so that if you do run tubeless, you don't run the risk of exploding your wheel because air builds up in the body of the rim. The Aero 35s got solid use and the rims and the hubs held up. I had to snug up the spokes after a while to bring them back into tension but I had the tools for that and I think that's normal given the pounding they got. I recently bought a set of the Aero 38s with the DT Swiss hubs (also disc) and the two sets feel about the same over the same singletrack. The packaging was perfect and they even included an full roll of rim tape (more than enough for both wheels). In my opinion ICAN just does things right. Durable, comfortable wheels that don't slow you down.

Good quality product for great price, customer service is great and very responsive, just be prepared to wait a little bit.

Their carbon fiber wheels are unbelievable in their value to the dollar. My first wheelset I ordered was the G25. Based on my satisfaction with those, I ordered the AERO 50 wheelset for my road bike. Overall satisfied, I ordered a G25SL wheelset as a gift for my sister (she, by the way, loves them). When I built my lightweight climbing bike, I ordered the AERO 50 II wheelset. As far as ride quality and durability are concerned, all of these wheels have been outstanding! The only concern I had was that, when I ordered my first ICAN wheelset, the shipper lost them. But after some back and forth communication, ICAN sent out a replacement set. The fact you can order through Amazon has made a couple of these purchases really easy. Please, ICAN, maintain both your quality and your value for money!
