I ordered a ICAN Graro gravel frameset with custom paint. During the ordering process the support I received was excellent. They did reach out several times to double check so that I exactly got my specified paint scheme and parts. It took 9 weeks to receive the framesets which was indicated upfront. Also they reached out to check if I received everything correctly and to my satisfaction. A rare experience. Also, after riding around 800k, the frame performs great and is very comfortable. The finish of the frameset was of good quality, no overspray, I did not have to flatten or sand any mounting points.
The only thing that can be improved is to supply mounting bolts for all mounting holes, I had to but 4 myself. No big issue.

Wheelsets are light and look awesome they arrived after a month but still I love them

Rims were shipped quickly and look great. Perfectly true and easy to set up as either tubeless or tubular.

I'm very happy having purchased my firdt set of Ican wheels FL 50 II Uci! Thanks to Peggy the process was very easy and fast despite of Christmas time congestion. The wheela are now on my Trek Emknda bike and looks pretty nice. Moreover they spin well !

Very happy with my Triaero A9 frame purchase from back in October. Perry was very helpful with the order updates when I emailed Ican and from paint to arrival took only about 4 weeks.

I just finished the bike build and took it out on a ride so I know that the frame is great now! World of difference from my 2004 steel frame bianchi!

And i did not regret it, beautiful paintjob, great geometrie. I Bought it together with ican wheels FL52 , combined its mindblowing. Hope i have the same feeling after many rides , but im not afraid i won't

I have bought both rim and disc wheels and I have built a gravel bike from scratch on their Graro frame, which they custom painted for me. As a price-consious enthusiast I can only recommend ICAN products. Lower-tier wheels don’t use the best hubs, but you get still sealed hq bearings so you can upgrade if you want to later.
Ask for Peggy for super service and support.

Experience was great, at first I emailed their info contact address about acquiring the seat stay/upper swing arm for their carbon fat bike but I got no response. I followed up a few weeks later through chat but it was off hour so I left my email. I received an email from Peggy who was super responsive and patient with me and my situation (non ican branded bike)which worked out in the end as I received a replacement part in reasonable shipping time to the US.
