Had a delay with delivery, not due to Ian Macleod Distillers but with Royal Mail. I contacted the company about the issue, they responded immediately and undertook to find out why there was a delay. Whilst doing that Royal Mail contacted me with a delivery date. I was impressed with how quickly Fern at the company responded to my emails and was just as impressed and more than happy with the item I had ordered.
