Delivery was quick and on time the sake never fails this is only my second bottle and it tastes just as good as the first bottle and I will be definitely getting more thanks for great customer service and the bottle was well packaged and protected altogether fantastic 👍

Tengu is an amazing company that offers unique and delicious sake at good prices. Highly recommended for big fans of sake like I am.

Ordered a few bottles on Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised to have them delivered by Tuesday afternoon. Tengu has a nice selection and I appreciate their tasting notes and pairings.

A friend pointed me to Tengu Sake after I commented how difficult it was to buy sake (compared to the huge amounts of beers, wines and spirits available). A look around their web site showed a wide variety of sakes and some suggested selections. I've tried two of the selections and been really happy with them - delicious drinks with helpfully tasting notes for each bottle - a real delight. Try it.

Had a small hicup with my address but had a quick phonecall from Oliver who explained the issue and put my mind at ease.

Tengusake has an amazing range of quality sake that is beyond the best prices I have seen in the UK. I will be making more purchases from Tengusake as I know Oliver and the team take real time and care in not only finding the best sake from Japan but ensuring the customer has all available information; ranging from what temperature to drink the sake, pairing options and ofcourse the rich history of each sake.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I ordered my six bottles, so I could get free postage, on the Tuesday around 14:00. That evening I had a message to say it was put for delivery the next day, which was a problem because we had planned to go out, I had thought it would be a couple of days to deliver. In the morning I got a message to say it would be with me before 11. The sake arrived before my other half had even got out of bed so waiting for the delivery didn’t ruin our plans. Going to try some tomorrow, the website was easy to use, there is lots of information about each sake and temperatures to drink them at. There is information about sake in general as well. The service was excellent, delivery was super speedy, everything packaged well. All in all I couldn’t be happier with that side of things. If the sake isn’t up to scratch I’ll come back and edit this but otherwise I really would recommend this place.
