Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 28 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people encountered significant difficulties with payments, including issues with unauthorized transactions or missing funds, high transaction fees, and problems receiving their money, with some waiting weeks or even months. Money stolen

I had I payment of $500 on a card that wasn't used anywhere and $344 were stolen and spend in Hong Kong. I didn't noticed right away because I was waiting to complete the job to withdraw all the money, When I realized thet the money was gone I contacted them and file all the necessary paperwork, Waited for the 60 days they said it will take to get the money back but nobody even email me back, Numerous calls and not a clear answer, 5 months later they informed me the denied my claim becasue I didn't file the claim on timely manner. This company is penalizing me for their weak security, someone was able to transfer money from a card the was never used and they are not taking responsibility. If you have money there or are using them as a payment processor be aware your money is not secure.

Great Experience, Loved It

I don't understand all the negative ratings at all. I transferred the reward that was waiting for me on their platform so easily to my bank, it was a total breeze for which I'm very grateful. I'd much rather have the money in my bank than have to deal with the hassle of a Visa or MC gift card.

SCAM

SCAM. Rejecting verificatuin again and again, this is acting for purpose. To not give you acces to your account and money. Ive sent the all necessary Government tax documents and invoices necessary for address verification. One by one this was jejected as not valid. Evidence that they are doing it for purpose and scamming people, that they are rondomly rejecting your documents. Prelviously my ID scan was ok, and now they randomly rejecting even these documents. Avoid this service if you dont want to be scammer ald lost your nerves.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY, would never use anything to them, do not trust it at all. PayPal is a criminal enterprise that steals money from customers. I lost over $5,000 from my PayPal account, which is impossible to get back, even when you follow their rules, they will just rob and steal from you with impunity.

Easy to use

Easy to use, filled in form and received money.
Asked money to be paid into my PayPal account, arrived in 5 minutes, then moved it to my bank account. Seamless.

Terrible customer service

You simply don't get answers to your questions.

UPDATE: After more than a month and countless messages with support, I still can't transfer my money from Hyperwallet to my bank account in USD.

Their system refuses to accept my SWIFT code—despite it being correct, verified by my bank, and previously accepted without issue. Each time I contact support, I receive a different excuse, but no real solution.

This has been the most frustrating and unhelpful customer support experience I've ever had.

Absolutely terrible company it’s almost…

Absolutely terrible company it’s almost comical. They don’t have any good customer service they make stuff up as they go. If you are a fan person trying activate your account GOODLUCK. My personal experience is with getting one with epic games for a creator code. No idea why epic uses hyper wallet. But none the less I contacted them because they said they sent me a email they never did put in multiple requests for it. Checked spam and all. Never got a email confirmation from them so I called them and told them the issue. They told me that I needed to contact epic games because the reason they can’t confirm my email address or activated is because there was no payment history or any pending payments. I explain to them that this was a brand new account that there should not be any pay history, they didn’t continue to tell me to just contact customer support with epic games

Thieves all around

We have provided all necessary information they have asked for and always come up with new "issues" that prevents them from paying our money for months now. They want us to contact companies that do not exist and sent us chasing our tails with no outcome. I can only join the others by saying they're the worst thieves!

Staples warranty with Asurion

Staples warranty with Asurion. Said Hyperwallet could send me a link to transfer the money from my warranty to either my bank account, Venmo, or PayPal. That was a lie, they sent me a link to a staples gift card and Asurion Support for Staples warranty said that was the link to transfer funds to my bank account when it clearly read and I told them it said it was a staples gift card. They insisted that because the email came from hyper wallet that was the correct link. After you click into it and agree and asurion realizes it’s not what they told me it was Asurion can’t do anything about it anymore and when they reach out to hyper wallet who you the customer can not speak to which I found out because a poorly educated asurion rep transferred me over to hyperwallet and then they told me they only speak to the asurion reps and hung up on me. So they won’t speak to you and they also can’t do anything now about the staples gift card since I was instructed to click it. Asurion also can’t do anything about their employee misinforming you their policy is to tell you they apologize. Lol if you ever here anything about hyper wallet for an option DECLINE, DECLINE, DECLINE, I was originally offered a check from Asurion but it would take two days to be sent out since they needed to cancel the Staples gift card they sent me when I told a rep when I processed the claim I wanted a check sent out so I needed to wait for their mistake for them to right it and that’s when they offered me this same day bs solution of hyperwallet. By all means take the check or anything but hyperwallet it’s been a week now and apparently I now need to wait another 2 business days to speak to a manager because the supervisors can’t do anything about my situation after all this time.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE: there is always a delay of 1 to 2 days to get my payment, the exchange currency is a JOKE. It is just awful that we have to deal with this platform. Payoneer is so much better.

Scam

Scam! They were supposed to send a check and it never arrived. I called and they said that they re-issued it which was a lie. I called again and they said the check was cashed, another lie. Complete SCAM avoid at all costs. Do not use Fanshield either... they use hyperwallet.
