Won't allow NO star review. Still ADP, even though the name WorkMarket. If you had trouble with ADP Run platform this is no better. Sales people do not know or understand any of the software they sell. I asked many questions and was told I could do everything I needed to do. I lost all basic functionality I had with ADP Run for handling 1099 workers. I was sold 3 mos free, yet this was never added to the agreement. Of course you are just supposed to know to look for the wording. You cannot manually add a worker, see basic vendor details etc. When you cancel service, you cannot have any of the information gathered on your vendors. The whole experience was horrible. Do not sign any agreement with ADP or any subsidiary without a lawyer reviewing. But best advise I can give, never use ADP for anything.

Worst payment handling experience.
In an era of instant and same-day fund transfers, they claim payouts take up to 5 business days—and even after that, payments still get stuck.
Their app and web UI feel outdated and clunky, with no clear visibility into incoming or outgoing funds. There’s no proper transaction trail, which is basic hygiene for a payment platform.
Customer support is even worse. Every query gets the same canned response: “Please wait 24 hours for an update.” No ownership, no resolution, no accountability.
I would strongly advise companies currently using their services—or considering them—to stay away.

I had a great experience with them so far. At first I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews and I made some mistakes with my bank account connection. Then I contacted their support team and Pranay helped me to get my account verified. Because of a problem on hyperwallets side with my connection as well I had to get in touch with Arka. He helped me as well and updated me on my case ever day until the problem was resolved and I received my funds.
I just did my next withdrawal today without any issues as well and got it 1-2h after the request.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!
When i was contacted i used ADP Run and paid 115.00 per pay period so 230.00 monthly
I was told i would SAVE $$$$ WRONG
I was charged 426.00 for ONE Pay period thingking that was for the 2 (still more then what i want to pay)
When i called to say I wanted to switch back to ADP Run becasue this was to costly to me they were like oh ok but failed to mention you have to give the a 60 day termination but oh they would waive that because i was staying with Adp run. I thoght the fee i paid in November for 426.00 was the 2 pay periods in October but NO I was charged a 2nd fee it was 426.00 so 852.00 this is INSANE!!!

they are absolute trash, they don't concern themselves with the subcontractor or the issue they come across with the clients. they're just concerned with getting there percentage rom said client. i would stay far away from this company.

Their an imitation of Field Nation, which I find to be much better, these people should close their business, they're simply head hunters, trying to make a dime off a tech's knowledge.

Easy work opportunities with clear instructions. I like the purchase and review programs as it helps me learn about new products.

Worst company aI did A job for one of these clients and it was closed cause I didn't have my paperwork in biggest scam they won't pay me for the job I did . I would not recommend working or doing any kind of business with this company

You guys have asked me about my experience and I am dissatisfied with your methods. You're not making it easier to understand the vendor terms of approval and I have tried for over 3 years to get paid for Assignment ID 3248745378. This company no longer exist on your platform. It is your responsibility to assist the techs to get proper treatment. Every case I have filed has ended in favor of the vendor. You should ask yourself what you can do to prevent this from happening again. You have made any effort to help me get paid . And you continue to reach out to me. I've followed all your instructions and nothing is done. You have no guarantees for success and no tech should be taking your job listing's. There are more risk than reward

over 3 month, still waiting to get paid by the client $1000...escalated with the WorkMarket platform, going on 4th month and still no one called me back or wrote an email and tell me whats going on. in the mid time company still posting jobs.

I have never seen such a poorly constructed company. They basically task out jobs for companies that have no intention of keeping their word about payment times. You have to call and remind the companies to pay you. And when you call Workmarket to talk them, they say they will send an email but there’s really nothing they can do. You will have to basically get an attorney and sue. It’s ridiculous. Someone should shut them down.

The company was decent when Telus International used to place their jobs there. Since then, there have been little to no jobs being posted.
They had multiple ways to withdraw payments which made it very convinient.

I hate this pay app And don't know why the company i work for chooses to use it. The fact that we have to wait for the company to send u the transfer just so we have to go into the dumb app to then transfer out pay to our bank account is dumb. On top of it we can't even get the money until the next day. Why the duck does this dumb app exist

worked 10 hours, then someone cancelled it to avoid paying me. Work market does nothing but tell you to talk to the buyer who never responds or answers calls. Work market will get you ripped off. I'll stay with a more professional platform.....

So I’ve been with workmarket now several years. I’ve acquired work on the platform yes, but as a whole I’ll tell you why I’m about done with them and the 1-star is well deserved if that. It’s a crapshow. They post jobs and they route you to jobs only to get prepared and last min they let someone else take it. Some times you don’t get paid til 45 days, yes 45, later you’ll get paid. And that’s ok with them. You have to pay for their background checks you can’t use your own even if it’s same company bc they get kickback when you buy another so that’s required. That’s greedy as f. They also wait til last min to procure a job sending out mass routings and say 5 ppl accept well whichever the 5 they can undercut pay wins. If u want a job a month. Max. This is for you. You cannot make a gig out of this bc they’re too greedy and undercut to bad so they make the profit. To help with the actual workers. Now you know.

Scam!
Stay away. A provider refused to pay me, and WorkMarket is not supporting me! They basically let me be scammed while they are watching!
Use Field Nation as a better and more trusted platform.

This company could hold your contractors payment for many days without letting you know, and they only send your money out after you check with them. And they charge you a variety of fees. I had this experience and I believe lots of others as well. Working with this platform will force your contractors to leave you because of no proper payment and unreasonably collecting a variety of fees. Ripoff platform!

After a decade of working on the platform WorkMarket has suddenly decided to automatically take 5% from every technicians work order to provide access to "thousands of work opportunities" as if that wasn't what they'd been doing the last nine years. So now not only are my clients not encouraged to update pay rates to reflect shifting economic conditions but WorkMarket helps themselves to my money and abuses technicians in the favor of vendors instead. Don't expect anyone in your corner in spite of technicians being the lifeblood of the platform. ADP takeover was one of the worst things that has happened to WorkMarket.

I’ve been in business for over 30 years, DoD, Airforce, IRS, etc. Workmarket has destroyed the industry, working for half of what I made 10 years ago, no communication, late or no payment. I hate to give up my relationships with SSA and many others after all these years, but if you want half ass, you will certainly get half ass. Rant over…
