They are scam, not trustable website
They are scam don't pay. In the normally if any website can't take payment stop his services. But they are like mafia so they create fattura without payment and they request money. Don't enter bank information. Edit. One day later they requested new information, by this way they are deleting negative reviews here. My account ID:46309691. Edit 2.They are big pressure to delete my reviews. I send invoice to truspilot they didn't accept because of minutes difference. What a good sistem! What a corruption!

If you wish to cancel your subscription, ensure that you receive an email confirming the cancellation process's success. I attempted to unsubscribe two days before the trial's expiration date, and I did so via their website. Although the website indicated that the process was successful, this was not the case as I continued to receive bills later on. I had to repeat the process of unsubscribing multiple times until I finally received a confirmation email that my subscription was canceled.
My browser retained all the browsing history, which serves as proof that I did attempt to unsubscribe from the company's services. I attempted to file a complaint, but it proved futile. They just don't respond. Very bad experience with the company. I don't recommend anyone to use the bad service.

Do not use this website.
This company links you to other websites that sometimes make you pay for a subscription again to respond. It's almost impossible to get in contact with landlords.
The premium account is worthless for someone looking for an apartment. Also, they keep removing my reviews, I would be wary as they might be doing this with other negative reviews as well.

Overall, a very positive experience while using the premium account of the website. It's a good aggregator for the majority of the rental offers on the market - it saved me a lot of time. Although I was still looking on other individual rental agencies sites, I found my next apartment via huurstunt.
