Housing Parasite
This company is a parasite looking to capitalise on the dire state of Dutch housing. The listings simply redirect to other platforms, many of which will charge their own service fee and all require their own account. Fortunately, I found this out before the free-trial ended. Unfortunately, they still got my data.

I like that the company was giving free 2 week access. It is a first good thing and also why I gave very high score is that their email format is nice. They don't mame me feel bad about canceling the subscription.

Thieves
Shortage of housing, you can't find a house, I applied for all the houses I saw and never received a response from any of them, all of this in the free trial that they offered me, then I unsubscribed and due to their poor management they didn't unsubscribe me and They continued to charge me, to which I had to contact them via email and they want to charge me an amount for their poor management, I unsubscribed, they are thieves, I would not recommend them, they should keep their houses and not scam more people, SOME THIEVES IN ALL RULES!!

Good but expensive
A great website to put all ads together but getting subscription to it alone is NOT ENOUGH! You need kamernet subscription too on top! And sometimes other websites' too.

If you want to see a property you need to follow a link that leads you to a different place, on which you will also have to pay, which makes no sense to me.
If I am already paying this site I’d expect at least direct links to the properties and contact with the landlords. But nope.
Finding a home in NL is already difficult enough and here we have all the housing sites making you pay for nothing, literal air.
Also, be careful, because they won’t send you an email when your resgistration is about to get (automatically) renewed, not even an email letting you know that they took again the money from your bank.
So if you happen to forget that you are signed up (which is not difficult while fighting to find a home) you’ll only see that they took the money if you randomly check your bank transactions.
That is pretty sneaky dear Huurstunt, I hope people don’t fall for you.

not so bad overall but it didn't solve my problem completely
I was actually lucky that I didn't experienced any scam, but on the other hand I have to say that many times I wasn't able to reach the landlord contacts even if I had a Premium account.
