Utterly obsessed with this brand, I ordered two gorgeous sets from them and they a comfy but also looks stunning on. Everything was dispatched and delivered on time. Affordable prices too.

They either do not refund at all or only partly. Also they don‘t answer their mails when you ask what‘s with your refund.

Love the designs and the Quality of the products. The basic seamless collection is my absolute fav for everyday. It’s super comfy and also easy to wash. Also, If you want to return something because you do not like it, the service is amazing and always kind. I can recommend this brand!

I’m obsessed with this brand, got so many unique and stylish lingerie. And I liked the sports wear a lot, a very good quality.

A great brand with incredible customer service! Products are high quality and I can’t wait to buy more from this brand!

I bought 2 bras on sale, it was the first time that I bought online with this specific store, and it will be last time, this never happened to me in any other store and its very frustrating. The system failed, I have been charged (paid) but my order haven’t entered in their system, how is this possible?! It would be wise to deliver me the product and not refund me when what I asked was only to fix the issue caused by the store. When I called to inform the situation, the person informed me that my product was still available and reserved for me, since I already paid for the product, which it was a lie and a completely unbiased information to provide to a costumer, irresponsible. Knowing that you guys went to a completely opposite direction of what I expected from the company, I needed to request my refund because it was the only action that was left for me, unfortunately... After the request they said to me that the refund would take 10 days, their website is a complete mess, I am not pleased by the service provided.

For me this is the best lingerie shop in Amsterdam! But I also love to buy bikini there! I wouldn’t recommend more :)

I love it, the products are of very good quality and perfect finishes, I recommend everyone to go through the page, surely more than one set will become your new favorite! The shipping is super fast and the website is great, it's incredible!

Disappointed by online purchases. I set my new address at the chek out , and they still deliver it to the old address. Them answer was " you have to fix it your self " .
You have to maintain your website, for a better experience.

Goods arrived late. One item was bought as a gift for my wife that she did not want. Returns label is missing and they have not issued another despite several requests. Consequently, I am stuck with something that I don’t want and can’t get a refund.

Useless, next day delivery turned into day after, turned into ‘no idea when you might get it, if ever’

A gerat brand selling underwear and swimwear that fits every bodytype! I always find something online and in the store. The products do have a great quality and the styles are always in trend. I‘m so in love with every product that I own of them. Finding a bralet in my size is quite hard but in this case it’s quite easy. You will find something too!

I‘m a huge fan of the brand hunkemöller! I wear their lingerie almost daily - for me the best part is that they have both sexy pieces but also very casual underwear. It fits every occasion and makes my body look very pretty!
