Sent an return back with royal mail as they sent me the wrong label. Lost my return said its my fault as I used royal mail instead of ups. Still no refund or heard anything back when they were looking into it. What a joke

Ordered item with delivery to DHL packstation. There was delay with sending and then, after post reached packstation, I got notification that delivery is impossible and package was returned to seller. Clientservice of shop doesnt reply at all.

Customer Service ?
Products are nice but the customer service is ridiculous. Received a damaged product. Contacted customer service twice through the website and got ignored. Finally got through to them via Facebook and then got an automatic message that my case was now closed because I didn't respond within 10 minutes. After trying to get in touch for 2 weeks? The customer service agent seemed nice enough but something in their set up is not working.
