I have been purchasing lingerie from hunkemoller for a few months now and they are my favourite lingerie brand. Everything I've ordered is true to my size and they have everything from socks to loungewear......something for everyone whatever your shape or preference. The quality is second to none. Not sure why they have a few negative reviews

Problem with Return! Happened to me twice, I sent one return package containing 2-3 orders in one box because I don't want to send too many boxes. Hunkemoller only refunded the article with lowest price and ignore the other items with higher prices! As it has happened twice, I don't think that is a coincidence. Have written several emails to them asking on the other items that I returned but no one replied. Please be fair to your customers!

At the shop they recommended me to buy push up stick on bra last minute, I was on a rush so I fell for this . Nowhere in the product says you can’t return this product . no one told me this was a final purchase . I never used it and went back to return to discover they don’t accept it back, I was given no alternative as well . Please add proper label when the product is a final purchase. I also tried to reach to customer care via social media , no one ever responded .

Sent back two orders on 26/01/22 still have not received a refund and reached out to them on email, text, live chat (to
No avail) and one response back to say they’ll look into it with still no response. I would not recommend them however Asos customer services is far better if you wish to buy their stuff, just not direct with them as their quality is good. Will update review accordingly.

A very personal feel to this brand. It’s unique from other lingerie brads in many ways. Amazing and original products, a well designed website and mobile app and a good social media presence. Would definitely recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I've been trying to get a refund for over a month and they basically ask me for the tracking info over and over (which I have provided), say they can't find the return (I have evidence it was returned to them) and they still haven't refunded me. They don't care about their customers, have taken my money and now don't reply. Wish I'd read the many awful reviews before buying, it's all true, they are awful.

I am satisfied with the quality of the clothes. There is a large selection of clothes. The prices are great. Delivery is fast and excellent. I like the kindness of the staff the most.

Great company. I love how they advocate for body diversity and celebrate every body type. Would love to see more race diversity on their page. They offer a great selection of items that fit everyone.

I love hunkemöller, the bra And al of they underwear is so comfortable and well fitting.
You also get a lot of help with the sizes if you go to the shop in person.
I can really recommend buying there.

Literally like talking to a brick wall customer services. I sent my order back over a month ago but no sign of a refund and no reply from emails. Added, the customer services link on their website seems to be a hijack, asking you to install an add on!

I regret using this site big time, especially since they're not based in the UK, despite no real warning this is the case. (customs charges)

I am obsessed! I buy from hunkemöller since I am 12 years. there bhs always fits me perfectly. I love to shop in the stores. there are kind people who help you with everything you need! I can always find beautifull lingerie where I feel good in.

I would give less than one star if I could, and this is after having purchased underwear from them several times. They charge U.K. VAT in their U.K. online store upon checkout, but they do not ship the goods from the U.K., and they do not include their customs information when sending, so I have gotten stuck paying additional U.K. VAT and then additional fees for not having properly declared the goods even though this was already paid for and included. I have contacted them more than ten times over the past months, both via emails and website contact forms, but they have not responded to a single one of them. This is an unprofessional company, and charging VAT and then making customers pay for it again is economic fraud.
