Formerly great, but now giving out keys to second sites, which are out of stock. Support hasn´t answered yet (10 days, 7 workdays) . Based in USA they can probably ignore consumers rights. Maybe... See more

Humble Bundle sells games, ebooks, software, and other digital content. Our mission is to support charity while providing awesome content to customers at great prices. We launched in 2010 with a single two-week Humble Indie Bundle, but we have humbly grown into a store full of games and bundles, a gaming membership service, a game publisher, and more.

9 DAYS OF SILENCE - Only 10/20 items delivered. PayPal dispute opening.
I am appalled by Humble Bundle's lack of support and deceptive business practices. On March 29th, I purchased a bundle advertised at 13.97€ for 20 items. Despite taking my money instantly, they only delivered 10 items.
I contacted support on the very same day, but I have waited 9 DAYS with no response to my ticket (Ticket ID: [#2791308]), receiving only an automated "high volume" email. This is a clear breach of contract under EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and a case of misleading advertising.
As of today, April 7th, I am opening a formal dispute on PayPal and reporting this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) and Altroconsumo. I will not tolerate being ignored after you took my money for a product you only partially delivered.
Deliver the missing 10 keys immediately or face the legal and financial consequences. I also expect no retaliation (like account suspension) for exercising my consumer rights, as it would be an additional violation of EU law. TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
Missing products, terrible customer service
I purchased the image comics 90s bundle to get access to the savage dragon collection only to find that the pdf version doesnt work at all and the other versions have missing pages. Over the course of about 6 months iv been trying to resolve the issue. It took over a month for the first reply where customer support lied to me and told me they resolved the issue which they had not, months later i have now had an email saying they have removed the file from the bundle but haven't offered me any compensation of any kind or solutions to my problem. This will make me extremely reluctant to use Humble Bundle from now on and would advise others to avoid the service too
I like the idea of what humble bundle…
I like the idea of what humble bundle is doing, but I think they're just greedy. It doesn't look like most of the money goes to charity - it goes to them unless you go out of your way to change the disbursement. I think they pretend to be about charity, but it's just a selling point. They're about making money.
This alone wouldn't cause me to only give them 2 stars. What inspired this is that, when I bought a game off their site, and went to pay for it, their site told me I'd get $5 back if I paid with my bank. So I paid with my bank. I never got $5 back. I don't like being lied to. I made a support ticket about it, and they asked for a screenshot of the offer. Well, the offer is gone now, and why would I have taken a screenshot - as if I expected them to lie to me?
I never got the $5 back. They lied. It's one thing to pretend to be about charity, which is pretty uncool. It's another to lie about stuff. It's not a huge deal. I just don't like it and now I know I can't trust them. It also takes an absurd amount of time for them to get to you.
The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is that I actually got the products I paid for.
Someone should really start a new humble bundle that isn't just done with the facade of charity. There is a place for the real deal.
Scam
Scam. Still waiting for my 2024 keys that are"out of stock". Fun fact - same key was back in stock but not for my region, because apparently quack everyone outside diddyland. Do not buy anything from humble!!!
Stole money
Not had humble bundle for over 7 months. My subscription was cancelled. Why have they now suddenly charged my card and told me thanks for signing up. This is LITERAL theft. Avoid this company, their giveaways are crap anyway - reason I cancelled in the first place
I bought an annual Humble Choice plan…
I bought an annual Humble Choice plan with their own advertised assurance that if i didn't like any of their monthly Choice bundles, i could always skip for that month. But this is NOT the case! I don't want the current monthly Choice bundle and even though i did the right steps to skip the current monthly bundle, it still automatically charged me and forced me into a purchase. I contacted their support and it has been 3 weeks now and still no response!
Thieves. Major Thieves
Basically in the absence of another explanation, "Humble Bundle" (whoever they are) stole my money. That's fraud, right there.
I got an email from PayPal informing me that 245.20$ CAD had been charged to my account, by Humble Bundle. Never heard of them. Who ARE they?? I had to do some research. I DO NOT PLAY VIDEO GAMES. Capisce, Humble Bumble?! So, how did they get into my PayPal account and charge me for something I never purchased?? I'm watching them very closely, with lawyers. I emailed and expect to get a satisfactory answer.
Unless a hacker got in (right now, I see no evidence of that) they should be shut down. This is downright theft: cheap, petty stealing. I've seen other examples of this company's very dodgy practices.
Humble Bundle, go away and peddle your brand of criminality on the streets, where you belong.
I found a bundle for Dr Who Big…
I found a bundle for Dr Who Big Adventures. It was listed at $18. I purchased it, but when the transaction went through, they charged me $32.74. That didn't appear anywhere in the final review before I approved the transaction. I never agreed to a month to month subscription, or being charged almost double. I requested a full refund, and have yet to hear back from them.
All I wanna say is watch your bank…
All I wanna say is watch your bank account. Their tech security is from 90's. My husband was "robbed" over $1000 and there is no way to contact Humble to stop the security breach but by email, and they say it can take up to over a week for them to reply. Be aware!
used to be good
It used to be good, but not anymore, games bundles are no longer interesting or are repetitive and the thing that kept me using them was humble choice but not even that is worth the money anymore and it is border line a scam, this past year and current month i been getting the message "keys are temporarily exhausted for this product - As soon as we receive more keys, we will add them to this page and send you an email." they usually end up giving the keys but that doesnt make it right, if i am buying a digital product i expect the product to be delivered immediately and not months later, i am still waiting on keys for the game Racine from march 2025 and now tomb raider... i also have been overcharged before, when they switched from bundle monthly to humble choice, they kept charging the old price instead of the new one which was cheaper to reflect fewer games offered with the bundle, that went on for months until i had noticed, no compensation was given, i only got a message saying if you want the new price you must unsubscribe and resubscribe, and they closed the support ticket on my face without any word about compensation.
I have been a subscriber since April 7th 2017, it ends today.

i have a paypal account and one fine morning i received an email sying that i subscirbed with humble bundle. I never even heard about this company. They took around 899USD same time while i asleep.
After YEARS of PAYING for my…
After YEARS of PAYING for my subscription and after they TOOK my money... They have delivered NOTHING more than entire months of exhausted or expired key messages and no actual product.
Bad customer service and exhausted keys.
Bad customer service and exhausted keys.
Abysmal customer support
Abysmal customer support, over a week with nothing from their side. Can´t make purchases at all anymore without any information of why or how long my account is locked out of purchases. Don´t recommend at all, it´s better to pay extra and get games during steam sales than to deal with humble bundle at all.
Good shopping experience
Good shopping experience! Excellent support team!
Fumble Bundle - Downfall of the best
Humble Bundle used to be my go-to online store for purchasing games. They always great value deals and bundles but most importantly, they had a great Humble Monthly program.
Nowadays, while the Bundles are sometimes interesting, they're not as cheap as they used to be and the new monthly program, Humble Choice, is borderline a scam with expiring keys that aren't available when you want to reclaim them. How come you've purchased something and you're not able to claim it while still selling it on their store?
Been a subscriber to humble choice for…
Been a subscriber to humble choice for years . Why is it the keys are exhausted when you know how many people are subscribed ? Ripping people off. I want my tomb raider what I have paid for.
Enshittification bundles
Keys "temporarily exhausted" (oh no, the digital good has run out - who do you think you're kidding?), E-Mails they're back in stock either not being send, or they never arrive before the end of the redemption period.
Support takes over a week to answer, then closes the ticket within 24 hours so you can't even respond or rate it anymore.
Some keys without expiry dates (again, it's digital - it could be freely copied; generating a billion keys is no more technically challenging than generating 1) have been "out of stock" for MONTHS.
Don't bother - they're no longer interested in providing you with what you purchase/subscribe for - charge the customer, don't deliver.
The new reality.
"You'll own nothing and you'll be happy"
Can't get a response from support
Can't get a response from support. Several emails over several months and no replies...
Became a shady site
A little bit shady.
Overall, the quality of bundles are becaming worse and worse. They now republish bundles and never mentions it, that it's a republish, and never shows you, that you already purchased it (that you purchased the original one which is exactly the same), so you have to keep your eyes open all the time!
Also, a lot of my older keys were stolen and never got new ones. They just didn't care at all.
I only giving it 3 stars (and not 2) because you can still find good deals there, but it became shady! Keep your eyes open all the time! And use your keys/download stuff IMMEDIATELY after the purchase or you can loose them forever!
