While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

As your unwilling to post my reviews I will put them on google

On a world tour just arrived from USA have stayed in 13 hotels/ rooms so far booked on booking.com. Although this was a high cost accommodation, little did we realise how poor the accommodation was.
Rooms cold as a fridge, preset radiators behind long curtains only heat behind the curtains not the room - in the middle of winter. Unable to have curtains open as overlooking property is 10ft away- everything is budget. 1.5 toilet rolls supplied, unclean toilet brush covered in crap, marks all over walls, a sofa that’s less quality than a cardboard box, crap wifi. Tv set fixed to near floor level.
No bathroom exhaust fan.
Totally understand the fair use process but this place needs a reality check.
It’s rigged up for government accommodation. Everything cut to the bone with ultra cheap furniture.
Overall experience was terrible.
I had to laugh at the sign on the door that reads : re book with them and save 30%
Still laughing as I’m typing this.
It could say 75% you’ll still be getting shafted.
Stayed at several places around hull this is the worst.
Booked out and booked in to another place less than a mile from this place to finish our visit .
If you like the challenge of living it tough and want to feel like your wallet has been abused, then come here - otherwise if you want a serviced place where you do get toilet rolls, clean toilet brush, radiators that are on and heating the room, somewhere that you can open your curtains and seats that you want to sit on - you know THE BASICS - THEN BOOK ANOTHER PLACE. ANYWHERE even the ibis in the city centre is not the best but you do get heating and toilet roll.
I guarantee anywhere would be better.
Good luck fellow travellers.
