I would make my rating lower than one star if possible. Too many ads to watch. They suck you in with a low price, make it unwatchable, forcing you to upgrade to a ridiculously expensive bundle while... See more

Beware when you pause your subscription
When you pause your subscription - even though it is paid beyond the pause date - Hulu resets your billing date to the date you paused/resume. In my example, my subscription was paid to April 2. I paused March 25. I resumed 3 months later on June 25. My next billing wasn't supposed to be until July 2. Yet they reset my billing to June 25 and my next billing will be July 25. Netflix didn't do this when I paused for 3 months. I wasn't aware that Hulu would do this. I am not happy about this.
Very misleading
I was appalled when I subscribed to Hulu yesterday specifically to watch the FIFA soccer match, only to discover after signing up that I would need to pay an additional $78 to access the game. That extra cost was not made clear upfront. Pricing and any additional fees should be transparent before customers subscribe, not after they've already committed. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
I'm begining to dislike Hulu
I normally don't watch Hulu that much. I'm begining to watch it more. Now I understand why they don't have good reviews. I don't paid them each month to watch ads. I really think about canceling my subscription . If everyone cancel they won't have to worry about ads. I'm tired of companies doing what ever they please.
So unpredictable on what you…
So unpredictable on what you might/might not get to view!
This the worst streaming service ever
This the worst streaming service ever. Constant bugs and being logged out. Top that with 6-10 minutes of ads per episode that isn't even 30 mins itself seriously screw yall. After this month im canceling my subscription and taking my money elsewhere. I hope yall seriously get boycotted and I hope the person who made these decisions meets a terrible end.
Hulu+ owes me $600.00
We had Hulu+ for years, loved. Last June I called to change our email address, that was a mistake. They created another account. When I finally figured it out, unfortunately 9 months later and almost $1000.00, I called. Their response was they could only credit me for 4 months and that I would have to go to my credit card company to file a claim. Well that doesn’t work. Now I know why they don’t what to send out paper statements. Yes, it is partially my fault, I would see one charge one the statement and move one. Well not anymore. I am out almost $600.00 and they couldn’t care less. Will never sign up with them again. Went to Disney and signed up with them and add Philo for $35.00 and have the same programs and more. Good bye Hulu+!
Insane amount of ads.

Hulu is a terrible company that pads content with ads when you're already paying to access it. It's pathetic and nobody should support this sort of practice
Thieves
Thieves. I have the disney hulu bundle with my xfinity account. Hulu does not work. I contacted them and they are aware of the issue but are not doing a damn thing about it. They are being paid for the subscriptions but not honoring them.
The ads quantity is laughable
The ads quantity is laughable, cancelling this service
Way too many ads and commercials!!!
How is it that Hulu and Disney Plus have to have SO MANY ads and commercials, but Netflix is still doing fine without them? Hulu already had many commercials and ads before merging with Disney, but now there are more than ever! It is beyond ridiculous!
Hulu is a poor service
Hulu is a poor service. I have starlink and whenever Hulu tries to connect it thinks my location has changed. I even got a dedicated IP to no avail. I got fed up and went elsewhere.
Play one episode
Play one episode, then the next. If I go back and rewatch something, start from the beginning. Simple stuff. You would think.
Absolutely horrible...the service is so…
Absolutely horrible...the service is so inconsistent and undependable! Constantly is malfunctioning and makes trying to watch programming very frustrating. Hoping those programs currently on Hulu go to another carrier! Would rate it a big ZERO if I could!

Utterly shite
Utterly shite! Never loads. I repeat, absolutely never loads. That's it really. Can't say more because I have never been able to use it.
You can’thorible website layout add add ons
You can’t add add ons. And then you call customer service (which you don’t want to have to do in the first place) and it’s a damn maze to figure out where or what party your payment info is stored with to be able to add other subscriptions. Unreal. I just hung up and prime can have my money because I can go on there and in about 2 seconds add it be charged and be done and not have to speak to a person to do it. This is after canceling my prime and trying to move over to Hulu for my subscriptions.
Excessive commercials makes watching Hulu next to impossible
It's impossible to watch a show because it's so interruptive with volumes and volumes of one commercial after another. You hardly start watching the show and it's back to another commercial. We try to mute them, go to the kitchen, or do something during commercials but we generally lose interest and just stop watching. The TV may be running but nobody's watching. Hulu is very expensive so being offered less commercials but not actually commercial free, just makes the experience worse. Watching Netflix is still our number one choice for this reason alone. The interruptedness can't be overstated
This used to be a decent movie/tv app
This used to be a decent movie/tv app
Now they are trying to "expand" and "broaden their horizons" and half the new movies this month are Spanish language movies. I am an American, I speak English. Hulu is an American app is it not? Are you now Spanish language? Almost HALF the new movies this month are in espanol.....W.T.F. honestly considering canceling this shtty @ss app.
I was overcharged for five months by…
I was overcharged for five months by Hulu over $11 and that adds up to $55. It was an error on Hulu part and I was denied a refund. I was on the phone with Hulu for an hour and they still denied me the refund they tried to get me to keep my subscription. Hulu wrongfully charged me on my account for months and will not make it right. I’m a college student who makes minimum wage. I will not be subscribing with them ever again after this.
