Top after care service.

I contacted Huepar enquiring about a spare part. I received a swift response and after sending my details they are sending me the required part free of charge. Superb service. Many thanks to Kylin Lee.

great customer service

Bought this laser level very happy with it from day 1 being a tradesman it gets used almost everyday on site so gets a fair bit of hammer and its really stood up well . Unfortunately after 1 year it got stuck in position and would self level as its suppose to , I contacted customer service and after giving me a few ways of trying to fix it and them not working they sent me a new one to replace the faulty one. Really cant fault the customer service at all whole thing took about a week to resolve start to finish.

Fantastic Customer Service

Had an issue with the thread for the clamp on laser level receiver. Contacted Huepar, fast response from them asking for a photo. Once supplied they immediately offered to replace the whole item. This was dispatched on a Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday. Could not ask for better service and support! Why can't more companies be so efficient and helpful. Thank you Huepar

I got a laser off heupar and…

I got a laser off heupar and unfortunately it was off the level, I emailed them and they send me out a brand new laser within days.

Amazing laser levels, company honours guarantee

After reading the reviews I bought a Huepar laser level and was impressed by it, I've used it for steel beams, work tops, tiles etc.
When a minor issue occured with the level after 3 years they replaced it straight away.
I'd definitely by another and have recommend the company to friends.

I purchased a B03CG 3D laser about 2…

I purchased a B03CG 3D laser about 2 months ago. Has been a great laser. Today the power button stopped working. After c9municating with Huepar we determined the button had come off the chip board. The one I have is discontinued so they are sending me the new version free of charge. From start to finish was about 30 mins of email communication. Absolutely the best customer service!

Excellent customer service after sale

My cross line laser failed on the horizontal access. But one email to the company and they suggested sending out a new unit free of charge. I was thrilled with the solution and timely response. I just received my replacement cross line laser as they promised in around a weeks time. Thank you

I have never received as good customer…

I have never received as good customer service from any tool company I have ever dealt with. I am sold on Huepar. I have several lasers from them, and yes, i have had problems with two lasers over the last 4 of 5 years. Huepar not only responded immediately, they express shipped me a new laser within 36 hours both times. Just from email conversations. 👌

Huepar Warranty

I bought a Huepar Laser a year and a half ago and I’ve been really happy with it.
Two weeks ago the Laser stopped working, so I got in contact with the support team and a short video upload and some Emails later a new one was on the way. Today the replacement Laser arrived and it’s working perfect just about two weeks later (with christmas and new year in between!).
5 Stars for the support Team and communications!

Great customer service,very very good lasers

Great customer service,I ordered a Huepar pro self leveling laser and the bracket in mounts on came in broken in the box ,so I contacted the customer service and they immediately help me solve the problem , they reimbursed the payment of the total laser let me keep it and also re-issued a brand new bracket as well am very happy with this .
This is my 3 rd laser I buy from them they are very very good lasers ,great quality,budget friendly. Thanks so much

SO4CG package with tripod

Ordered a SO4CG package with tripod and with the special offer was very competitively priced. The lazer level so far has not missed a beat when on the rechargeable battery. Impressed so far. Got in touch with customer service regarding the tripod, after a mechanism failure and within two emails they issued a replacement at no extra cost. Fantastic service!! So far I would buy from Huepar again no question.
