Hub, block management solutions/Bristol - Dodgy, incompetent and inefficient
If your looking for a 'cleaning', management service for a block of flats or property in Bristol-then I recommend you DONT hire this company! Quite apart from their schedule that they rarely adhere to, when they turn up at all, they subcontract to inappropriate companies for numerous jobs i.e window cleaners to do guttering jobs , presumably as a saving to them-As a result of this kind of substitution a job that should be done once, has had to be done many times, due to the cleaners not being trained for the job .
Their 'gardening' is dire and chaotic, often with two subcontractors being hired unintentionally-neither contractor being aware of the other!
Basic and important jobs such as outside and internal lighting left undone for months and in several cases, years. And when finally attended to, done by people not qualified to handle electricity and needing to be redone again and again-I could go on - but suffice to say this company is far more trouble than it is worth and at no point do they take responsibility for their incompetence.
