Go to another Howdens (this one )and get it cheeper ??? Only for ponty to mess the order up as stated like for like it definitely wasn't as left worktop length out etc
Bit of a mess if I'm honest ,
Would be lovely to sit with directors and point out failures but no point I suppose as it's standard practice for a lot of company's out there today to not listen ,
Staff eventually sorted order out after returning with items ,
But what a palather
Girls helpful and polite .
Complementary something would of eased the hours and traveling I waisted,

Excellent service and high quality kitchens
I've bought a few kitchens for all my rentals as well as my own home. Everytime they are spot on. The kitchens last and they look fab.
Special mention for Millie from the Denton store who is fabulous at sales/customer service. She always smiles and treats people well. Give her a pay rise, she's fab.

This is based on their customer service from the Lamona Appliances sales team. When it became obvious that I was not buying their extended warranty, for a very specific legitimate reason, they effectively hung up on me. Rude to the point I wouldn't consider using Howdens again.

Hollow core veneered doors
Shop service at Bolton branch was brilliant,helpful & friendly.Doors delivered on time but my only fault with the hollow core doors the softwood edges aren’t one piece causing not the best finish even with a new blade

Mariah was fantastic through the whole process, making helpful suggestions to stay within budget, and kept me up to date with all arrangements. While the kitchen was being built she continued to liaise with the builders, everyone did a fantastic job. Clerkenwell reed green gloss cabinets & Dekton Neural worktop - beautiful combination!

Outstanding Customer Service
I recently purchased some internal doors from Howdens Uxbridge. The Customer Service is second to none, I was shown the full range of doors on offer, and after making my selection, I was informed the doors would be in the warehouse within 48hrs. I was kept fully informed as to when the delivery would be. All doors were well packaged on arrival to prevent damage.

Perfect Experience
From beginning to end of my experience I can’t comment any negatives, we firstly went to the showroom on Tong Street all staff were friendly and accommodating, we mostly dealt with John & Iain, Iain came to the house to measure and advised what we could and couldn’t do, we then went the following week to view his designs which were amazing, we made a few tweaks and waited for the work to start. We picked one of the joiners on their recommended list, we used GLD joinery, Guy was brilliant he dealt with all the other trades needed, there were a couple of tweaks needed during the process mainly due to my change of mind regarding handles, nothing ever seemed too much trouble and the focus seemed to be on my happiness not what was easiest for them, the kitchen was completed within two weeks and looks AMAZING, I honestly cannot say how happy I am with Howdens, their service, their aftercare & their recommendation of joiner, 10/10 service and I absolutely mean it. Would definitely recommend Howdens Tong Street.
