Not good - and they delete online feedback on social media.
I am writing this as my recent review on Facebook was deleted. The company actually turned off the review section of their page. They also deleted my comments on Instagram.
I purchased over $600 worth of products from this company and had multiple issues.
1. Left honest reviews on their website, to which they only published the 5 star ones.
2. Was sent incorrect items - a full cat climbing tower was incorrect! I was offered the option of sending it back, however it was already assembled etc so there was no point.
3. I was sent 2 out of shape donut beds. The whole point of a donut bed is for the animal to feel protected and surrounded. These were large, mainly flat blobs. I was advised to ‘put them in the dryer’ to help reshape. I don’t even own a dryer so not helpful. I was eventually offered a 20% refund on these items.
3. Left a review that the ‘luxury toy box’ toys had many feathers not glued on when I received them - honest feedback that although my kitten enjoys them, the quality wasn’t fantastic. It was never published.
4. I purchased 4 gold stand bowls, only to find that the shiny gold stand pictured on the website is actually a matte goldy yellowy browny plastic coated metal that was highly pliable and bent out of shape. Also not published.
5. I ordered an item and was then told it was out of stock. I was offered an alternate to which I was happy with. I was not informed that this item would take over a month to arrive as it was COMING FROM CHINA!! I would not have agreed had I been notified of this.
This company is doing everything in its power to prevent genuine feedback from customers. Will not return as a customer and I hope this feedback warns others of what they may experience.
