I have purchased Ezydog products for…

I have purchased Ezydog products for the last year and I have found that the products do not last.
I got in touch with their customer service and they were helpful and sent me a new set of products. However, it’s been a week since I’ve used it and there’s fraying on the leash already. The customer service said it was due to my dog biting/grabbing the leash but in the last week it has become clear that my dog isn’t the reason as the fraying has begun in this leash which is right next to his collar hence he is unable to get to it.
I’m disappointed with the quality of the product even though the customer service was efficient.
